The Show Must Go On

Ricky's POV

No. Of course I wasn't going to actually kill him but he called MY girlfriend, MY baby and, who will someday be MY mother-in-laws, Carol and Dana names and I am not ok with that.

"MICHAEL! OPEN THE DOOR! I KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE" I screamed as I banged on Nini's Dad's house.

"Who is it?" He asked, from inside the house.

"IT'S OLIVIA'S FATHER. OPEN THE DOOR NOW" I shouted.

"Oh... Just so you know, you are an awful father" he gave me a fake smile as he opened the door.

"You can speak" I said, sarcastically as I walked into the house.

"What are you doing here?" He asked me.

"Why did you do it?" I looked at him with hatred in my eyes.

"Do what?" He looked confused.

"Leave Nini and her mommmsssss?" I dragged, not quite sure what to say. Mom or moms? "I would give ANYTHING and I mean, literally ANYTHING for Nini and Olivia and Nini misses you. Olivia needs a grandfather... Other than my Dad"

"Not happening" he opened the door again "Goodbye"

I was about to walk out when I heard him add one extra comment that made me really hate him.

"Go back to your fat and ugly girlfriend and bratty daughter" he spat.

"That's it" I turned around and punched him right in the nose "I love Nini and Olivia and that's that on that" I walked out of the house and drove home.

*At the house*

"So, let me get this right?" Nini laughed "You talked to my dad, stood up for Olivia and I and them made my father's nose bleed?"

I nodded "Anything for the people I love"

"Even a touch too far?" She smiled.

"I'd go a lot more than a touch too far" I smiled back at her. We sat there staring into eachother's eyes for a moment "I love you so much" I broke the silence.

"I love you too" she kissed me. Which turned into a make out session.

"I'm hungry" Nini told me, out of the blue, pulling away from the kiss.

"Metaphorically or literally?" I teased "Because I am not ready for Olivia to have a sibling yet"

"Haha" she fake laughed "You are so funny. Literally"

"Well eat away then" I laughed, letting go of her.

"Metaphorically or literally?" She smiled.

"Both" I smiled back.

"Dream on" she laughed as she took a salad out of the fridge.

We sat on the sofa as she ate her salad talking about Olivia's first steps, tooth, word, boyfriend, kiss, marriage, kids. Hopefully in a better order than ourselves but life happens.

"Done" she said, getting up and putting the bowl in the sink and sitting back down beside me.

"What do you wanna do now?" I asked her "Movie?"

"Sure, we have time" she smiled "Grease?"

We sang along to the movie and before we knew it, it was done.

"Another movie?" I offered.

She yawned "No way! I'm so tired. I'm going to sleep, you?"

"I will too then" we walked upstairs and lay down. We were about to fall asleep when Olivia started crying.

"Early night tomorrow" she told me "No movies"

I laughed as we got out of bed to check on Olivia "Fineeeee"
