Be ready for heaven!

How do you know if you're truly ready for heaven?

Is it just about the punctual church-going and occasional ceaseless-praying?

Or is it simply having the largest eye-catching hamper for offertory every thanksgiving?

Perhaps it may be by forwarding a long paragraph to everyone about salvation.

But I've checked off all those "necessities" yet I feel far from completion.

I've given my life to the Almighty yet if you asked if I was ready I'd truthfully say maybe.

Our reservation for a room in heaven must certainly not be an uncertainty.

My Saviour is coming soon to pick his perfect bride

I don't want to be found waiting eagerly in line only for Him to tell me to step aside

And hear Him tell me blatantly that he doesn't even know me

But how could He not even notice me?

Every Sunday I made sure to bless everyone's eyes with my dazzling finery matched with lavish jewellery but He didn't see?

I didn't realize that God doesn't look at outward appearance but at the heart

Nor does He consider our showy deeds because then our reward will only be on earth

I definitely don't want to be found wanting on the Big day

So to qualify for the prize to be in paradise,

My plan is to keep my heart and mind chaste and pray for grace to go through each day

That's how I'll know if I'm truly ready for heaven!

Very soon you'll be seeing PROFESSIONAL writing from me🤩I'm yet to submit this as my assignment (yes I just gave you guys my ungraded assignment😘) Stay safe! ~Xoxo, Ann💗
