[In Tommy's POV]

I finally stopped crying. Great, I gave myself a headache.

"Adam?" I croaked. "Can you get me some water?"

"Of course." As Adam got the water, I climbed up on the bed. As soon as Adam brought the water, I downed it. He sat on the bed and pulled me close. "So, what happened?" Adam asked quietly, pulling me closer into his side, making me feel safe.

"I was talking to an old friend of mine." I started. "He just went on about how he thought that I was better off solo, then - um - married." I started breathing heavy again. I started to feel ashamed to admit this, hearing how stupid it sounded. I looked up at Adam, unable to read his expression. "Are you mad?"

Adam lifted my chin with his pointer finger. "Look at me. Do I look mad? Why would I be mad? And you know what, you've just recently come out. He wouldn't have known how you truly felt."

Adam's words reminded me of what was real. How could I have let my anxiety do that? Feeling stupid, I buried my face in Adam's chest. Adam leaned down and kissed me. A smile pulled at Adam's lips as he pulled away from me.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I just love you so much."

Adam pulled me down under him. Leaning on his elbows, he starred into my eyes. I wrapped my arms around Adam's neck. Adam leaned down and continued kissing me. Sweet, passionate, and slightly rough. His tongue dominated my mouth. We must've gotten lost in time because someone knocked on the door, interrupting us.

"You guys okay? We've been waiting for a while."

"Yea we're fine. We'll be down in a few minutes!" Adam called to them. We waited until we heard them walk away. "Well, I guess that it's time. You ready?" Adam said, leaning over me.

"I guess." I said, kissing him.

Adam rolled off of the bed. I watched him reapply his eyeliner and fix his hair. Once he was dressed up again and ready to go, he was really fucking hot.

"I'll let you get ready. Just meet Ashley downstairs when you're ready." Adam hugged me tightly, kissing my forehead. I won't lie, I felt a little tightness watching him walk downstairs. His cologne stuck in my nose after he had left.

I walked over to the sink in our bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. My eyes were still red and puffy. I washed my face quickly. My face slowly returned to its natural color. Makeupless... I usually hate myself without any makeup, but today I looked fucking dashing. I smoothed out my clothes and walked downstairs to meet Ashley. I took a deep breath.

Today's the day. It's really gonna happen.
