I sat in the mustang that I now know as Barricade, and turned right, but suddenly I found that the car was turning by itself. Or, himself.

"Hey, what?!" I said in slight fear.

"Calm down, won't you? I drive, you relax." I smiled at the radio, where the voice came from, and leaned back in the soft seat. Barricade drove faster, and I smiled.

"Do you have sirens?" He made a noise like he scoffed.

"I do, why?" I grinned.

"Could you maybe..."

He understood my sudden excitement and switched on the sirens. I froze slightly when I almost recognized the loud noises. It was a quick chirp siren, one of my favorites, and I smiled more, if that was possible.

"If you're so interested in police work, why work at a car stealing job?" My excitement dropped at his question. I frowned.

"Well, uh... It was the only way for me to get enough money to live... Living in Chicago is pretty expensive, and I don't have the cash to move out of the big city. I thought I was going to be in some serious hot water when my old boss, Frank, told me I was fired." I explained. I let out a soft sigh.

"You were fired because you were caught by the police, correct?" I nodded.

"And you are now working for the police?"

I smiled slightly at that fact.

"Well, I mean... is the DPF a good police force?" Barricade let out a soft chuckle.

"I wouldn't say good," I looked at the radio in curiousity.

"Wait, what?"

"Do you know anything about the Decepticons?" I rolled my eyes.

"Yes,.. I've heard stories about them when I was little." I yelped and nearly screamed when Barricade shifted, the sound of metal on metal resonated in my ears, and I was suddenly in the servo of Barricade. I stared up at the bot, and found myself smiling.

"Why are you staring at me, tiny human?" I chuckled at his question.

"No reason. It's just this is my first time actually seeing your bot form." Barricade gave me a small eye roll. He gently set me on his shoulder and I realized we were alone. The area was sandy and extremely warm. I saw a mine entrance and pointed to it.

"That must be where the Energon is!" I smiled. Barricade walked near the mine and walked inside. The temperature quickly dropped and I shivered slightly. Barricade did not really seem bothered by the temperature as he walked further into the mine. I shivered more and Barricade noticed.
"I forget that fleshlings are sensitive to temperature..." Barricade transformed and I was in the back seat, laying down.
"Why was it so cold..." I asked.
"Energon likes certain temperatures. This energon likes cold temperatures." I shuddered from the cold and felt heat blow on me. I saw that Barricade had turned on the heater. I snuggled against the seats and felt the heaters blow hotter air.
He drove through the mine, making sure I was at a comfortable temperature every now and then.
"For just meeting me, I'm surprised at how nice you are." Barricade let out a gruff scoff and gathered the energon. He then drove away from the mine and drove towards the base that I now call home. He transformed and placed the energon on a table, then brought me to our chambers. He set me on a smaller sized bed, but it was still very large for a human. He had his own bed, it was very large and was next to mine. I sighed as he laid down.
"Tired?" I asked.
"Just a power nap. Get some rest. We both have a big day tomorrow." I smiled and laid down on my bed, smiling at the fact that our beds were so close, we were practically laying next to each other.
I got to admit, for a Cybertronian, he's pretty dang hot. Sure, I just met him. But only Primus knows the future.
