"Kids, you have to wash up now." Mama Iris' voice can be heard throughout the house, making me and Papa Kane chuckle as we are fixing some things in the backyard.

The kids just finished eating and we're trying to finish what we're doing so we could eat already. But more importantly, I want Papa Kane to rest already. He went to the town alone earlier since I have to take care of the kids and Mama Iris needed to go to her friend earlier, leaving the house to my care.

Even if I didn't do much, except for cooking and cleaning the kids for the whole day, I'm feeling tired. I summoned Agnes for the whole afternoon to help me take care of the kids. The house was a bit messy and I had to clean it but someone has to take care of the kids. Reiner presented but I still summoned Agnes to take care of them since they already know her.

I can still remember the first time I introduced Agnes to Mama Iris and Papa Kane. It happened days after I woke up from sleeping for four days. They thought she's a burglar since she came from nowhere. Papa Kane almost hit her, thankfully she wasn't hurt. She also explained that she was from Hera, and other things that she told me. And Mama Iris being herself, she even offered foods to Agnes. But Agnes doesn't eat, nor sleep. She just disappears when her magic power nears its limit. Or mine.

The kids also met her just days before our training started. Reiner already met her before, and she told me that Reiner was very worried she he asked if I'm okay. That's why I already have something to tease him with, but he kept denying it, making me want to tease him more.

"I already talked to Felicia. She said she's sorry." Papa Kane said. I looked at him with confusion. Who is he talking about?

"Who's Felicia?" I asked.

"My friend. The one who I made the box for." He said and I immediately remembered who she is. That woman who tried to capture me and she even ordered her men to chase me.

I really don't like her.

"She does?" I said nonchalantly.

Papa Kane nodded. "She was just intoxicated, according to her." He said but wasn't looking at me.

"And you believe her?" I chuckled.

Papa Kane laughed lightly. "No. But let's not get into trouble."

I nodded and continued helping Papa Kane. A few minutes later, Mama Iris went to the backyard, calling us for dinner since we haven't eaten yet. Papa Kane nodded before tidying up the things we fix. I went inside first to wash my hands and the two followed me after.

After washing up, Mama Iris went to the kitchen to get the foods while Papa Kane and me sat at the dinner table as we waited for Mama Iris. Mama Iris arrived shortly and put the foods at the table as we started eating.

The dinner was peaceful, with Mama Iris and Papa Kane casually talking. But surprisingly, I'm not talking too much. Sometimes, I'm a bit talkative when the kids aren't around and the three of us are only talking to each other. I'm comfortable being talkative around Mama Iris and Papa Kane since then.

My mind keeps drifting off somewhere.

I keep thinking about what Reiner told me, that I should go to a magic academy. It never left my mind since then, and to my surprise, I'm slightly considering it. What Reiner said is correct, I should go to control this magic, but I just can't. I can't leave.

Just thinking about being apart from the kids, from Papa Kane and Mama Iris breaks my heart. I don't think I can handle the longing I would feel if ever I would leave. The feeling of waking up and not seeing them. I don't think I can do handle that.
