Blessed Academy

"You all look pretty good with your uniforms." Farron said through the intercom of the car since he's the one driving and we're all on the back. "Not to mention, one of you seems to stand out from the others." He added, teasing Fur who's the only one wearing a silver uniform since he's the only one included in the Norse Pantheon out of the eight of us.
His last sentence made the annoyed Fur shout at the intercom since he's the one closest to the intercom.
"Hey! Stop teasing me or I'll beat you up!"
Death face palmed at his cousin's action while the rest of us laughed at him, except Hide who was sleeping. Since we're at the house, he kept being called out for the only one wearing a silver uniform.
He looked at us with a warning look that made us stop laughing.
"But you look good in silver, Fur." Night complimented him.
"In silver fur?" Farron teased and laughed loudly. I can't even stop myself from laughing and everyone followed after me while Fur slumped in his seat, groaning in annoyance.
After minutes of teasing him, the noise inside the car dies down as I looked outside and we're just passing by the woods. I'm at the seat beside the window and I can't help but wonder, how far is Blessed Academy from where we are living in? I understand why we have to live there now, but the fact that we have to use a car means it's far?
I don't know if I'm excited, or nervous, or what. But there's this weird feeling inside me that I felt the moment we stepped outside the house. Something feels heavy, and it's not helping my thoughts on my first day.
I know magic academies are far different from magic schools so I can't help but feel nervous. I don't even know what to expect on my first day. Are the others feeling this too?
"Something feels weird." Fide mumbled beside me, but I heard it clearly.
I leaned over closer to him and whispered. "What weird?"
The others didn't seem to notice us so he answered me back in a whisper.
"Something feels heavy all of a sudden."
So he felt it too? I don't want to think deeply about this, so I kept telling myself that this is just the stress and nervousness I'm feeling for my first day, but Fide feeling the same thing, I can't help but worry about this.
I'm overthinking again!
"Me too. We're just nervous, I guess." I replied in a whisper.
He shrugged his shoulder. "Maybe."
"Masters, we are arriving." Farron announced that made us tense up in our seats. So everyone's nervous for their first day.
I chuckled at us, feeling something like this. It's not like we're going to be eaten alive inside, we should just relax.
"Hey, guys." I called them and instantly, all of them, except Hide who is still sleeping, tuned their head simultaneously. We all noticed that they turned their head at the same time, making us laugh loudly.
"Loosen up! Aren't we too nervous?" Night said while laughing.
That simple gesture made everyone relaxed, and because of that, the nervousness inside me changed into excitement. I've read a lot about Blessed Academy, the top magic academy. It's said that it's as big as our town, and it has thousands of students studying in it. Not only that, Matilda told us that the professors were very distinguished in their respective fields. To study in a place like that, damn, this is amazing!
