It took all our willpower to get up and get ready for the gathering and not stay wrapped in each other's arms.
I put on a pair of high waisted jeans and matched it with a long sleeve v necked crop top. I put on a silver necklace that said 'star', and a couple of rings on my both hands. I tied my hair in a high ponytail with its loose natural curls.
Levi wore a pair of black jeans too and paired it with a plain white dress shirt that matched with my outfit. His left wrist was jeweled with a Rolex, and he removed his angel wing chain from his neck that he wears a daily basis and replaced it with a thick small silver chain that rested right above his collarbone.
The top three buttons of his shirt were undone giving me a glimpse of his perfectly built chest. His tattooed sleeve visible through the thin fabric of the shirt, adding to that hotness of his.
He will kill me one day with how hot he looks
"You look ravishingly sexy," I stood up on my tiptoes and whispered in his ear looking in his eyes in the mirror.
"The things I have to do to keep up with you," He said shrugging, then he looked at my face, "You've put on some makeup,"
"I've tried to keep it minimum," I said, then looked up to him, "Is it too much?"
"Never," he said wrapping his arms around my waist and nuzzled my nose with his.
His hot breath fanning my mouth, and I want to press my lips to his so bad but I know it's only going to make us late. And give another reason for his grandparents to taunt him.
"Let's go," I said pulling away.
I and Levi made our way downstairs, and each and every one of them was dressed elegantly. Gone was that comfy attire we all had this morning.
I spotted Levi's mom chatting with Ross, Adelina, and Iris at the other side of the room. Levi's father and Harvey seemed to have in a deep discussion about something, their faces serious. Business, probably.
The twins were playing with a dark-haired girl that seemed eleven, and a little blonde boy that was not so older than the Twins. Leora and Hawkins. They were a photo copy of Iris and Harvey.
The pair two of grandparents were seated on the sofa. The husbands, Preston and Derek, had their strong arms protectively around their wives as they talked.
How come everyone in this family is smoking hot? Jeez, they took all the beauty genes they can.
Rene was talking to a couple. A Hispanic guy and an African American girl.
I and Levi approached them, and Levi teased playfully to the Hispanic guy, "Se ve que tus tiempos de locura se han terminado, Sergio,"
"Que va. Esta niña," he tightened his hold on his girl, "es una locura en sí. Me vuelve loco,"
"I feel you, man," Levi said laughing and pulled me to sit down beside him on the seat opposite from the couple, beside Rene.
"Kai would say the same thing," Rene laughed "I can practically see him saying 'She's crazy but she's mine'," Rene mimicked in a deep voice.
Sergio and his girlfriend laughed as if they knew something we didn't.
"Girl, he says that awfully a lot," the dark girl pointed at Rene. Damn, even she was attractive.
"Levi, Nia," Sergio started—Does everyone know who I am?—" meet my girlfriend, Kaya,"
"Nice to meet you," I said, then added, "Both of you," then leaned into Levi and whispered shouted in his ear, "How come everyone knows who I am?"
