"She is just fine. She just needs a little rest, and good healthy portions meal daily until she can recover completely," the doctor said smiling at us, "Make sure she does a daily physical activity with a day of rest. Swimming will be really helpful for her breathing,"

"Thank you. Are there any medicines she needs to take?" Tony asked

"Most doctors will prescribe some extra vitamins, but there's no need as long as she takes full protein and vitamin meals. Besides, she's already taking her daily vitamins," she said

"Thank you, Dr. Emerson," Tony smiled at her.

"Well, you can go see her," She said and walked down the hall.

"I'll stay with CJ," Levi said squeezing my hand.

I nodded. I kissed his cheek and breathed him in one last time before following Tony in the room.

I gasped.

She was so pale. Even with our brown skin tone, she was so pale as if there was no blood in her system. All the tubes and pipes connected to her were removed, and I was so glad.

She smiled at us, "Come here you two," she patted the space beside her.

We didn't say anything when we approached her. Tony quietly sat beside her and caressed her head before kissing her forehead.

"It's good to have you back, little one," He whispered

"It's good to be back," she smiled.

She turned to look at me where I was standing with tears on my face beside her bed, "Will you stand there the whole day? At least come and give me a hug when you finally decided to grace me with your presence,"

I laughed and sobbed. "I am sorry. I am so sorry,"

"Cut the bullshit," she said, "Come, sit here with me. I fucking missed you,"

She doesn't hate me.

I walked towards her and hugged her real tight, "I thought—I thought you wouldn't want to see me. You are here because of me, after all. If I had just stayed—"

"Finish that sentence and I will punch you square on the face," She said.

I shut up. I knew better than to argue with her. Even being the younger twin by ten full minutes, she knows she has that kind of power over me.

"So, now tell me both of you, how it has been?" She asked sitting up, "Tony tried to fill me in as much as possible, but I know even he can't know everything going on with you,"

"You remember?" Tony rasped

"Of course I do. I could hear and feel everything, my brain just couldn't respond to it," She said as if it was obvious, "Wow, now my brother doesn't even know the kind of comatose I was in," she huffed

"What? I know! I just didn't—" Tony struggled with words

"Just kidding, bro," Nisa laughed. Her stomach growled, "Damn, I am so hungry,"

I and Tony both laughed. "I'll get something for you," Tony said before exiting the room.

"So," Nisa drawled, "My sister, tell me, who's the lucky guy?"

"What are you talking about?" I frowned

"Don't play dumb with me," she smiled knowingly, "I know you. You have this glow on your face," she gestured with her hand, "that you never had. It's like your heart is happy and full. Besides, you are only wearing a big large hoodie which I doubt is yours. And that messy hair, I'd say you have been thoroughly fucked but that boy of yours,"
