Episode 28 - The Royal Palace 'Eugene's Death.'

Meanwhile in the dreamland of Eugeneia......

It was the same dream over and over again. Every single day when she heads to dreamland, she would end up in the same dark abyss. Although darkness was usually Eugene's aesthetic, this place was not. Being here gave her an intense feeling like the feeling she used to feel when she was forced to be locked up in the underground cell beneath her former childhood house. The more she dreams, the more it feels like her entire being will disappear into thin air one day. And that was why Eugene thought she had arrived at the Netherworld when she first came into the abyss. This place exceeds the terror of haunted houses by 100 times! If someone else was here, no doubt they would die from a heart attack.

Signing. She walked over barefoot to her bloody self. The closer she got to her other self meant the faster it was going to be for her to wake up. This tense and dark feeling that feels like her entire being was going to vanish into thin air should be rid of. The sooner the better.

"Hello?"

Her voice echoed into the empty abyss. What better to do than to talk now when she can actually pronounce words properly. She knew no one was going to respond to her anyways.

The creepy song she heard when the abyss tore down and a white room appeared was sung the previous day by Aedelak and Aeselak. Apparently it's a famous nursery song every child knows.

"Knock-knock

She mumbled.

"A little princess was dancing happily in the beautiful gardens in the Valley of Voiea.

The princess swayed and swirled, everywhere she danced flowers bloomed. The loveable princess everyone admires."

She continued humming as she walked step by step to her other-self. This song reminded her greatly of Euria as it sounded like something she would do.

"But then one day, some old child got jealous of her beauty, and pushed her from behind, and then the princess fell into"

She ceased her walk as she stopped herself from finishing the song. All it would take was 2 mere words for this nursery song to turn dark. Signing again. This song reminded her of the famous nursery rhyme, Humpty Dumpty.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the king's horses and all the king's men, couldn't put Humpty together again.

There was also the 'London Bridge is falling down' song that most children know of. Even the meaning and idea behind that song was dark. London Bridge would fall down unless human sacrifices were buried in the foundations. Children's nursery rhymes and songs are dark!

As she contemplated on nursery songs and rhymes in general a chilled soft-spoken voice sounded out behind her, right by her ears. Whispering the 2 words she didn't finish off.

"Eternal darkness"

What?

She turned back.

'....'

Chills hit her body before she could even think. She expected to see someone behind her but what she saw right in front of her was ... truly chilling. It was a scene she recognized. This was where she.. Died. The ice storage room.

But why was she here?! Didn't she leave this world already?

'Ha..Ha....'

Sure enough, breathing in here was difficult. That time, as well. It was as if something was constricting her lungs making her unable to breathe.
