Chapter 14

After the events that took place at the Bon-fire I felt like it would be better to lock myself in my room then to show myself in public.

I mean I attacked the queen bitch.

It can't get any worse then that.

And to be honest if I wasn't completely wasted I probably would've went home and cried instead of defending myself.

Another thing is that Hayes has been calling me non stop seeing as I haven't even tried to talk to him about what happened.

I mean I know that Courtney went onto him and not the other way around because that's just the type of bitch she is but I'm still not ready to talk to him. I want Hayes to miss me and regret even letting that slut kiss him in the first place

I've managed to avoid him this past week and I've been very proud of myself for it

The only thing I was that throughout the entire week Tiffany has been really suspicious about her whereabouts always saying that she had to do something before class and whenever I asked her she would always glance at one of the guys and say it's nothing.

I'll have to ask her about that when we are alone.

And now that I've stopped sulking I guess it's time to be excited for Christmas break.

Despite the fact that it's hot in Arizona during Christmas season it's always the best time of year.

"ROSIE HONEY CAN YIU COME HELP SET UP FOR DINNER?" I heard my mom call so I got up and made my way downstairs

And I'm the kitchen was a sight that I wasn't expecting to see

There stood Tyler, Jake, Tiffany, Audrey, and of course the one and only Hayes Grier

"Um hey guys is there something I forgot about?" I asked hesitantly while taking a seat at the dinner table

"Well honey Tyler here just told me that that all of them are going on a road trip for Christmas break and that they wanted you to come; so I decided to let you go." My mom said smiling

And then I looked at my dad to see if what she was saying was true and of course he was nodding his head but still looking a little hesitant.

"Well Rosie we are leaving tonight so if you want to come then you have to hurry up." Jake said

It took we a few minutes to process what was happening and when I finally did I grabbed Tiff and Audrey and ran upstairs to pack for this spontaneous trip.

:.:.:

When I was finally finished I had a full duffel bag and my bag ready to go.

"Rose here's some pocket money and honey be safe please." My mom said hugging me

And that's when I finally got to ask her what I wanted to ask half an hour ago.

"Mom why are you even letting me go?" I asked her and she just smiled at me

"I want you to have experiences in life; as much as I want to it's not right for me to keep you sheltered forever honey."

And that's when we heard the car honk indicating that everybody else was ready to go and I need to step on the peddle

And so I said my goodbye and hopped into the RV that the boys had rented out.

"So why are we suddenly going on a road trip?" Audrey asked out of the blue

I looked at her quizzically

"Wait you didn't know about this?" I asked her

"No I didn't they did the exact same thing to me as they did to you." She told me

When we both looked at guys and tiff they were looking at us sheepishly

"Well girlies Tiffany was the only one of you girls that knew about the road trip because we needed to know if it was a good idea inviting you." Jake told us from his position at the drivers seat and then he continued

"You see Tyler and I take a road trip with some of the guys from the football team every year and this is the first year that we are going with my man Hayes and you girls."

That's when I realized that Hayes was going on this trip to, there goes my cancel to ignore him...

I saw Hayes look at me out of the corner of his eyes.

Well this was going to be a very interesting trip indeed.
