Chapter 17

•Mark•

The kids were here and were as cute as anything. I dunno what to do with them though. But as soon as I stare at Mackenzie, the bell rings. "Holy crap" says Kenz.

•Mackenzie•

"Holy crap" I say. I quickly grab the strollers. One was pink and one was blue. I place Izzy in hers while Mark places Kevy.

I grab 2 teddies and the 2 baby bags. Again, one was pink, other blue. I place them at the bottom of the stroller. Kevin laughed and kicked. Mark laughed and all of us left for the park.

At the park, we were assigned to communicate with our children.

I reach in and place Izzy on the grass while Mark does the same. I say "Izzy Lizzy? Do you want to plaaaay?" She giggles. I laugh and begin to tickle her. She laughed and laughed and I laughed and laughed. Then Kevy put up his arms and says "Me two! Me two!" Mark bends and says "here comes the tickle monster!" And we all laughed and laughed. Miss Grayling passed us and smiled. I think we have a good impression on her!

Then Kevy wanted to go to the swings set. We played a lot. Izzy and Kevy enjoyed too. Miss Grayling approved of us and our communication. Finally, it was time to go back.
Miss Grayling announced the winners....ME AND MARK! We high fived and hugged the kids.

When we put the two kids in the pram both of them fell asleep. I smile at Mark. He smiles back.

I love Kenz's smile. "Let's play a game." Kenzie says. "I'm gonna ask questions and both have to answer honestly!" She says.
"Okay. But I will ask to." I say.
"Mkay" she says.

"What's your fav colour? Mine is emerald green" she says
"Mmm...darkish blue" I say.

"Fav season?" She asks "winter!" We say in unison and laugh.

"Have you ever tried to commit suicide?" I asked randomly.
She keeps quiet. "Kenz..?"
Quiet.
"Kenzzzzziiiiieeee?" I poke her.
"Yea..." She trails off. "But I don't want to take about it." She says quickly.
WTF? She's tried to commit suicide?
