"This is fun", Peter said as he leaned against Michelle. She curled up into his lap & wrapped her arms around his neck as they both looked forward to the television.

"Yeah", Michelle muttered. Peter had his arm supporting her back & his other held her knees up against him.

They both looked off the screen for a bit to smile at one another. Pecking their lips before slowly returning to their movie.

Michelle's mother was watching from the kitchen, pretending to clean. She walked over suit.

"Don't forget to leave room for Jesus", Ms. Jones said as she stood above them, slightly pushing on their shoulders to separate them. Michelle sat by the armrest while Peter sat on the middle cushion, with a foot in between the two.

"Mom, we're not even religious", Michelle said. She moved & again rest on Peter's shoulder. "Nothing is going to happen, you don't need to worry".

Peter turned his head to watch the bickering between the mother & daughter.

"Fine, but I'm just in the kitchen, watching, at all times", Ms. Jones said. Death glaring Peter at the end of her sentence before walking back to the kitchen & pretending to wipe off the counter.

"I think I should go anyways", Peter said as he slowly got up & grabbed his backpack. "I've got a dentists appointment in an hour & I should get ready".

"Okay", Michelle said from the couch. She quickly got up to walk Peter to the door.

"Oh right", Peter remembered his promise. "Is Next Saturday open for you"?

"For what", Michelle asked?

"Our date, since Felicia interrupted the last one", Peter reminded her. "I promised we would have a redo date".

"Oh, yeah, next Saturday is fine", Michelle accepted. Peter smiled, kissed Michelle, opened the door, & left.

Peter walked home before going out as Spider-man, he didn't have a dentists appointment, but he needed a way to leave politely. He walked back to his apartment to have May cover for him if someone came for him & to get his suit.

He snuck out his window, making sure no one saw him, then swinging off to the tallest building in Queens.

It was getting colder everyday, it was the middle of September but it seemed like winter was coming earlier by how could it was when he swung.

He crawled to the tallest tower of the city. The glass was always cold, but he loved the spot. He could see all of Queens' peacefulness, no crime, & all of the happy people below on the street. It was also the best place to spot crime.

He closed his eyes for the slightest second, taking in a deep breath, & enjoying the peacefulness of it all.

"What took so long", A voice said, startling Peter a bit.

Peter opened his eyes, seeing his new friend Scarlet Spider, aka Kaine Reilly.

"How did you find me", Peter asked? More curious than happy to see his friend.

"You were the one who came here after me", Kaine implies. "This is my favorite place to go to see all of Queens, what are you doing here"?

"It's mine too", Peter admits as he again starts looking down at the people of Queens, New York.

"It is peaceful", Kaine says as he joins Peter on the same side of the building.

"Let's get down there", Peter looks over at Kaine. They both jump off the building, mimicking the other's movement.
