Okay onto the story! Wait heres my story, I almsot fucking died last night. So I'm currently camping with my mom and last night, I was facing all my fears in one night. Lightning went right beside me and there was no signal, we had to sleep in the car ( all 6 of us ) and I didn't sleep until 5 am so yeahhh I'm fucking still scared

Update: I'm home and safe and I'm never leaving the house anymore

One week later, Valentines Day
HAHAHAHA FEBRUARY 14TH

Darryl's POV

Today's Valentines Day which means it's... Febuary 14th! This 14 meme is haunting me down. Besides that, I have the best idea ever! No muffin could beat my Valentines gift! I have to make it as perfect as Zak's birthday. Okay, I made a list of what to do... Now where is it.? Okay! First on the list, make some blueberry muffins since I know Zak loves them.

Okay, time to start baking! Wait I think I'm forgetting something... Oop- right! I was going to ask Zak to make them with me. I think he's still sleeping and it's like 1 pm, so I'll wake him up but usually I don't, I let him sleep in but today is important and I have to do this so it will be amazing. I literally want the best for Zak and if anything happens to him, I'll protect him. I know I sound like a mom saying that, but I mean it.

"Zak~ wake up, you sleepy muffin."

"nu"

"Oh well, I guess you wont be making blueberry muffins with me~"

"W-what?! Hell yes I'm awake, now let's goooooooooooooo"

You little muffin... 2 more years, 2 more years on this exact day, I'm going to do something. February 14th.

"Zak, let's go. They're going to close soon."

"I'm ready"

"Okay! C'mon, get in the car, it's only a 5 minute drive from here. We have to hurry because it's 6:17 pm and they close at 9. I want to hurry because I want to do something after."

"Sounds very suspicious but yet interesting so I'm in. But I'm going to ask you this question for today, are you taking me on a date?"

"Yes now let me drive and focus on the road."

This place, my mother used to take me here for family reunions but since she moved away, I was quite lonely for a bit until I met Zak. Zak always found a way to cheer me up. Even though he trolls me, I know, he doesn't mean to harm me.

"Zak, we're here"

"Alright."

We start to head into the restaurant and Zak looks suprised. I don't understand why he seems so suprise but I won't question it.

Okay, I'm getting worried, Zak has been silient this whole time and it isn't like him. He looks like he's about to cry. Poor muffin, I don't want to ask him incase it makes him cry.

"I-I know you're probably asking why I look like I'm about to cry. I'll tell you, so when I was younger, well before my mom died, this was the last place I spent time with her. We sat at this same spot. This was also my mother's favourite spot. I'm sorry for crying, I know, it's stupid. It's just I miss her so much."

"Awh, I'm sorry. I never knew. Come here, she's always with you, even if you can't see her, feel her, or hear her, she's always with you in your heart. Now calm down and let's spend this day together, yeah?"

"Thanks Darryl, you're very supportive. I don't know where I would be without you"

"Since when was Skeppy wholesome? Where did that trolly Zak go?" I say giggling

"sotp I'll be back soon" he says with a grin

"Thank you and come again! Happy Valentines Day."

"Dang, their food was amazing, but not as amazing as yout cooking."

"I agree that their food is amazing but my cooking isn't amazing. I mean like, their cheesecake was amazing ( suggested by Sophia )."

"Yeah."

"Now, come. I have more stuff!"

I say that as we walk to the hill behind the restaurant. The hill was the place I asked Zak to be his boyfriend so this place means a lot to me. And soon in 2 years, this place will be even more special. In 2 years, I think we will be ready. I can just imagine my life with him. I just hope we don't seperate our ways.

"What is it that you want to show me?"

( this sounds like a proposal but its not but 1+1 years ( in the story time ) maybe? Who knows? )

"I brought you here because this place means a lot to me. This place is special because this is where I asked you out. Just make me a promise. A promise that we will never seperate our ways, a promise that we'll both never leave eachother behind."

"I promise."

"Then I promise as well."

Zak soon falls asleep as he cuddles up with me. Since it's getting late, I carry him to the car and start driving home.
