Lynn's POV
" Hey Madi" I said catching up to her on the bus stop.
"What do you want?" She said through gritted teeth
"What do you mean?" I asked
"What else are you gonna take away from me?" She yelled in my face
" What are you talking about?" I yelled back
"Don't act like you don't know because I know that the second we broke up, he went running back to you. You took something that I loved, nor did you care that he loved me too" She yelled again, tears runnning down her face.
"I didn't ask him to leave you, I didn't even talk to him in order for us to have any interaction just so he would stay with you. Don't blame this on me when I didn't do shit! And love? You guys didn't love eachother, crushing on eachother? maybe, but it wasn't love. If he loved you, then it wouldn't have been so easy for him to leave you" I said, it seemed a bit harsh but it was all true.
" We did love eachother, not everything revolves around you.. he just left because you got in between us at the dance." she acussed
" He chose to go to the dance without you, in order to dance with me. Plus you guys only dated for like what 4 days?" I spat
" And how many times have you guys dated?" she asked
" None, but I've known him long enough to have actually developed true feelings for him and same for him" I replied
" How does it feel to have destroyed your best friends relationship? To think, I actually wanted to become you're friend" She yelled
" i didn't destroy anything.. By the way, he did come running to me the day after you broke up. He told me he loved me and we promised that we would wait for eachother. Because that's what you do when you love someone.. Despite what happens, you always find a way to the person you love." I said and at that moment th bus came, I couldn't be any happier. I didn't wanna keep arguing with her.. It was just useless and sad.
I sat in the very back with Jack. And he kept telling the story of how he started a vine account and hoped to get noticed. I couldn't help but stare at Madi and see how hurt she was and how weak she seemed. Hard to believe that was me awhile ago.
But I meant every word I said to her.. Hopefully that will knock her out of her trance.
Hayes's POV
" Yes mom, I'm okay. I just landed" I chuckled as I talked to my mom on the phone. After a brief conversation with her, she finally let me go.
'To: Beautiful bby girl ; I just landed :) Have a nice day at school. I love you so much, remember that. Can't wait to see your beautiful face again. I'll miss you too much. Keep in mind our promise, Don't flirt with other boys.. Stay away from Grayson. Love you'
Yes I was gonna be over protective.
"Hayes!" exclaimed nash while engulfing me in a hug
"Hey. Never thought you'd miss me that much" I chuckled.
" Neither did I" he shrugged.
I looked behind him and saw 9 other people there.
"Hello Hayes, I'm bart" Said a man shaking my hand. He looked like he could be a pedophile.. Don't tell him I said that though.
"Hi" I responded shaking his hand.
"Alright well let's introduce you to the group."' said Nash
