Stop, leave me alone.
I sighed and locked my phone as I looked out the window. Shawn and I wanted to go out for a walk but we were stuck in traffic .
"Is he texting you?" Shawn asked and I nodded
"Pathetic. I wouldn't do that if you were my real girlfriend-"
"Can you please stop? I'm tired of everybody seeing me as a prize, especially you and Hayes. constantly fighting over me." I said and ran a hand through my hair
"I'm sorry. I just love you, like a lot." Shawn pouted
"Sorry I snapped." I said feeling a bit of regret.
The line of cars finally started moving and I couldn't be more thankful. I turned up the volume on the stereo and the music played in the background .
As we arrived at the park, Shawn ran to my side of the car and opened up the door for me and I smiled.
"Thanks" I replied and Shawn gave me a nod.
"How's your Mr and Mrs. Moore?" I asked as we made our way up a trail
"They're fine. My aunt told me to tell you that you could visit anytime. She really likes you" Shawn shrugged
"She's like my second mother. I don't know what would've happened to me if she wasn't there for me. I love her" I smiled
"Aww. She loves you too" Shawn said giving me a side hug
"I miss Xavier a lot. Wish he was here. I know he would've loved being able to see you perform" I smiled
"I can actually imagine him standing in the crowd sometimes. It helps me calm down the nerves sometimes and motivates me as well." Shawn said and a small tear rolled down his cheek.
"It sucks how people leave when you least expect it." I said kicking a pebble
"All good things have to come to an end, right?" Shawn shrugged
Just as Shawn was about to take my hand, a group of random girls approached us
"Omg, You're Shawn Mendes!" Exclaimed one of them as she immediately pounced and hugged Shawn.
I couldn't help but laugh a bit at the sight. It was funny seeing him panic and it was cute seeing him interact with his now Fans.
I was the first fan obviously
"What's you're name?" One of them asked me
"Umm... I'm-"
"This is Lynn, she's my girlfriend." Shawn smiled proudly
"You guys make such a good couple!" One exclaimed as I blushed a bit
"Wait. I thought you were dating Hayes.."
"No. He's just my close friend." I shrugged, trying to avoid the topic.
"There are alot of pictures with you and Hayes.. but I totally ship you and Shawn. Lawn or Shynn? Or maybe Shann?" The girl said and they all started arguing.
Shawn and I continued having a conversation with them until it started getting pretty late, and it was time to go.
"Nice girls, huh?" Shawn smiled
"Really nice, I expected hate" I admitted
"They won't hurt you while I'm around, that's for sure" Shawn said taking my hand
"What did I ever do to deserve you?" I asked
"That's what I ask myself everyday" Shawn admitted
"You deserve better" I shrugged and a smile tugged at Shawn's lips
"I couldn't have asked for better. My life is complete right now. I don't care if the earth explodes or ends right now, I'll die happily." Shawn breathed out .
I don't know if if was just the feels or if I truly wanted to do it but I leaned in and kissed him. His lips were soft and smooth, it was a sweet kiss. It seemed as if he was afraid of ruining it or messing up.
I heard the car door open, but I didn't pay attention until Shawn was pulled away and smashed on the windshield by an angry looking Hayes
"Hayes stop!" I exclaimed as I rushed out of the car. His eyes seemed to calm down as he met mine.
He slowly let go of Shawn and I rushed to make sure he was okay but Hayes took ahold of my wrists.
"You're coming with me" he said without letting me say goodbye.
