inapakan ko ang nasa ibabaw na bag nang semento tsaka binilang kung ilan nalang ang natitira. after i count how many bags of cements left, i wrote it on the paper i was carrying along with the blueprint.

after kong makuha kung ilan nalang ang semento sa side na yun, nagpunta naman ako sa isa pang corner kung saan nandon din ang iba pang natitirang semento. just like what i did awhile ago, as i count how many bangs of cements left, isinulat ko ito sa papel na hawak ko.

i was inventoring all the materials left, then kung ilan ang nawala sa naunang inventory na ginawa ko. dito din masusukat kung ilang semento and hallow blocks ang kailangan ulit bilhin.

"hi, engineer jeon. mukhang busy tayo ah?"

i flinched a little as minho's sudden appearance surprised me. my eyes and my attentions were focused only on the inventory im making, hindi ko na tuloy namalayan na nakalapit na pala sya saakin.

i shot him a glance and let out a small smile as i cotinued checking the paper i was holding.

"kind of. nauubos na kasi yung mga materials at kailangan na ulit bumili at magpadeliver." inilista ko sa papel kung ilan ang nawala at ilan ang kailangan pa base sa laki nang site. "by the way, what got you here? arent you supposed to be there helping the other workers?"

after kong maisulat kung ilan ang kailangan pang materials, i shifted my gaze to him as a sweet smile flustered on his face. his both hands are in his back as if he's hiding something from me.

my forehead creased as i saw that he was acting suspicious. is there something wrong?

i saw how he swallowed the lump on his throat as he flexed his arms showing me a cup of milk teaㅡi guess? base on what im seeing right now. nakangiti syang inabot sakin ang milk tea.

"to give you this. um, mukha ka kasing stress eh." tinanggap ko yung milk tea, "actually, i dont really know what's your favorite flavour kaya yung favorite ko nalang yung inorder ko."

"anong flavour?"

he smiled. "tikman mo."

i stared at the milk tea using my left hand for a moment then i took a sip on the straw attached. nilasahan ko ang flavour at napangiti ako kasi isa ito sa mga favorite ko kapag walang iced coffee.

"caramel macchiato? its my second favorite. thank you."

mas lumawak ang kanyang ngiti at parang bata na kinikilig. "glad you liked it. you are much welcome."

uminom pa ako nang medyo marami dahil sakto kasi nauuhaw nadin ako. simula kasi nung mapagpasyahan kong bumaba na dito sa site ay nagtrabaho na agad ako. father told me to make an inventory and to call the company of the materials to deliver it more sooner dahil nawawalan na kami ng gamit dito sa site.

luckily, hindi na ako nahirapan sa paglalakad. its been almost two weeks since that incident happened and two days nading nakalabas si mihyun sa clinic nang hotel. we couldn't make it at the hospital since it was too far away from here, plus mihyun is such a pabebe saying that she was fine in that facilities as long as mingyu would take good care of her.
