-Steve's POV-
Seeing Natasha stride down the front steps and on to the freshly fallen snow makes me shiver. Last night she couldn't even stand. Today she is preparing to fight an equally trained assassian. Of course it's not to the death. But seeing Nat roll her shoulders back and shake her shoulders out. She had just reunited with her parents she thought were dead. How could something so big not interupt her training schedule. Natasha Romanoof is scary. Intimidating. But so god damn perfect. Her perfect imperfections mend together to form one truly indescribable person.
I see her reach down and pull off her boots. Then socks. She stands in the snow barefoot. Yelena gives her quite the look.
"Oh come on Yel since when do we spar with shoes on," Nat remarks. Yelena rolls her eyes and pulls her shoes and socks off as well. Nat's parents walk out of the house and they stand next to me.
They size eachother up. A devil like grin appears on both the assassian's faces. Her mom seems scared but her dad more excited than anything else.

-Natasha's POV-
Sparring with Yelena went as expected. After a few rounds we were exhausted. Our skills are almost equally matched. I managed to pin her 4 times she got me twice. We have both fallen into the snow we lay side by side. Steve comes over and starts clapping. Nikolai seems amused. Katya seems worried. Steve offers his hand to me to pull me up. Then he does the same with Yelena.

Steve and the others seemed cold so we all went inside. Katya had went to the kitchen to prep dinner. Yelena and I offered to help but she refused. Claiming 'this is the least I can do.' Nikolai tells some interesting stories. One included how he met Katya. He said it was love at first sight. Yelena and I had a conversation in silence at his statement. Some more time passes then Steve asks me a question,
"Hey Nat can we talk. In private?"

"Ya sure," I get up and follow him into the bedroom we stayed in last night. He shuts the door behind us.

"What's up?" I ask. The expression on his face is sorrowful. Like he accidently ran over someone's dog. He hesitates before speaking. Almost like he is searching for the right words. As if he's navigating a mine field. Meanwhile I hide the fact that I am trying to figure out his emotions and what they mean. After an uncomfortable silence Steve finally speaks.
"Yesterday when I was driving here I received a phone call from Fury. He told me that two people have gone missing. And that the abductions where in direct correlation with the Red Room. And you,"
I don't know what to make of this.
"Steve who? Who is missing?" Tears form in his eyes but don't dare to escape.

"Nat it's. It's Lila and Wanda. The Red Room has them," My mind swirls. Tears threaten to fall down my cheeks. It's all my fault. My niece is in danger because of me. And Wanda a girl just beginning to live, is in danger, and it's all my fault.

"Nat," Steve trys to calm.

"Why wouldn't you tell me sooner! Why not this morning! Steve they could be dead by now!" I exclaim.

"Nat I'm sorry. The captors left notes. They said "Natalia it's you or them." Lila's was left in the Barton's kitchen. Wanda's in her room," I look up to Steve. Tears fall down my face. Millions of scenarios fly through my thoughts. Lila she must be terrified. She's tough but still. I know Wanda must of put up a pretty good fight. I would like to see how many injured she left. I can't imagine what they are going thorugh. One scenario is clear. They are in danger. I need to save them. Now.

"I need to go now,"

"Nat stop,"

"Steve no. You don't get to decide this for me. Stay away," I grab my now clean leather jacket from the bed. I pull socks and my boots on. I race down the hall.

"Yelena our plan is happening now. Let's go I'll explain in the car," She grabs her things. She passes me my gun. I load it. I head over to my parents in the kitchen.

"I'm really sorry. But I need to go. Thank you for everything," Before they can get a word in I race down the front steps.

-Steve's POV-
No. Natasha doesn't get to run. Not like this. Not again.
"Natasha wait!" I run outside after her. I grab her wrist tightly. She fights back.

"You can't leave me here. Don't forget that they have my bestfriend in custody. It's just as much my right as yours to go after them," I say sternly.

"Fine Steve. Let's go," Natasha agrees. I race to the rental car and grab my shield. I throw it in the backseat of their car. I follow it in. Yelena is driving. And quite radically. Just like Nat would. Yelena must know the importance of the two missing girls. I take my phone out and with permission from Nat; I call Fury. I let him know the location of the Red Room. He told me that Barton and the rest of the team are en route. I communicate this with Nat.

"Steve here was our plan," Nat starts. I knew she was after revenge all along. I listen carefully,

"There is a side door on the side of the building. That's where we get in. When we surveyed there were about 25 guards around the perimeter. Think you can handle them?" I nod.

"Ok so once we take care of them we go in. We will enter into the lower level. That's most likely where they would keep everyone. Including James,"

"Wait James?" Yelena questions.

"Like our crazy beautiful instructor that had the metal arm James? The one you got caught screwing around with, James?"

"Exactly," Nat approves.

"Wait so how does Steve know the Winter Soldier?"

"They were friends back in the forties,"

"Oh," Yelena doesn't bother to ask any more questions.

"After we find everyone, we evacuate any Widow's in training. We find all the leaders. And they all die," Nat finishes. I give her a look of disappointment.

"Got a problem with that Steve?" I ask.

"I do actually. How does killing them make you any better than they are?"

"You don't get to have an opinion on this Steve. If only you knew the things they did to your bestfriend," Nat snaps. I stay quiet after that.

"Sounds good to me. But I want to kill Madame B," Yelena states.

"She's all yours," Nat smiles.
