Most criminals are found within a day, or a month, or even perhaps a year at the most. Most criminals don't take every police force across the globe or the FBI to find. Most criminals are merely thieves, murderers that killed one or two people, or even rapists caught in the act of kidnapping. Most criminals are sentenced to jail for no less than six years. Very few are sentenced to a lifetime or even worse, executed.

It's quite funny really. Twenty million undercover, or not, humans in prim suits and holsters packed with weaponry searching for one person. Well, actually, they don't call him "a person" anymore.
His name is known all over. Icy chills are swept down citizens backs whenever they see his name in the news. Hopes of catching him are scattered everywhere, but it's slowly being demolished as more fall. What he's called? Heh. There's a lot he's known by. Monster, Psychopath, Master of Disguise. But there's only one name he goes by.
