Everything was packed. We were leaving Hogwarts today and had to clean out our rooms. As the other girls packed up and left the room I sat on my bed looking at the necklace.

Lestrange. I resented that name. I didn't identify as a Lestrange, Clarissa did. She proudly held that name. This was a Lestrange necklace. Why was I putting so much effort in keeping something I resented?

Clarissa, I didn't understand why she was so proud of this. How could anyone want to be the daughter of such an evil witch. It made me really wonder what her home life was like.

I resolved to give the necklace to her at King's Cross. She truly wanted it, I hated it. Hated my heritage, my family, my ancestry. If I kept it, I'd just lock it away.

For now though, I had to get to the train. I had after all promised Reese and the twins I'd sit with them. Grabbing my trunk I dragged it up to the entrance hall for the house elves to bring to the train. I boarded a carriage with my roommates who had no idea I was about to go sit with Gryffindors on the train.

Fred and George stood on the platform waiting, grinning as they saw me getting out of the carriage.

"No Reese yet?" I asked as I joined them.

"Nope. Didn't even see her in the common room this morning." Fred said.

We began looking around for her, the twins able to look over everyone's heads while I tried to see through them. Somehow I spotted her first. She looked upset. As I walked over to her I caught sight of Draco walking away from her.

"You ok?" I asked placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Um- yeah." She was on the verge of tears.

"Reese, you can tell me." I urged pulling her away from the crowd.

"It's-uh-it's Draco." She mumbled trying hard not to let the tears fall. "He broke everything off. We're-we're not friends, not together, not talking." The tears began to escape. I quickly pulled her in for a hug.

"I'll talk to him." I said.

"It's not worth it." She shook her head.

"Come on. I know what you need. A good dose of the Weasley twins." I grab her hand and start heading through the crowd. She quickly wipes the tears away and tries to smile.

When we find the twins they're goofing off with their best friend Lee Jordon. "So I do all the hard work of finding Reese while you two gabbed?" I teased with a smirk.

"Oh no, a Slytherin." Lee said feigning fright.

"Don't worry it's just Slythers, she's harmless." George said smirking.

"Don't. Test. Me. Weasley." I growled, letting myself smile slightly.

Fred glanced at Reese with concern. He could tell she had been crying. "You ok, Reese." Her cheeks reddened and she tried to hide her face.

"Uh-yeah, fine." She said quickly.

"Let's board before all the good compartments get taken." I say, distracting everyone. The twins and Jordon led the way, Reese gave me a grateful smile.

*Clarissa*

I sat back down after looking out the compartment window, a smirk slowly creeping across my face.

Draco must have just broke the news to Diggory. I had no idea what his father wrote in that letter but it worked. Looking for Draco I stood and opened the compartment door. Soon him and his cronies were walking towards me.
