Nakarating ako sa hospital and I swear to God, kanina pa ako kinakabahan habang nagmamaneho ng sasakyan. Nagulat ako ng sobra at mas nagulat ako nong nakita ko si Bhryle. I mean, sino yun? Anong meron? Anong nangyari?

"Nurse Sandross, could you get some extra antibiotic ointment (Bacitracin, Neosporin, Polysporin) to help prevent infection?" Sabi ni Doc.
"Yes, Doctor."
Doctor started to check upon Bhryle while I was facing my back at them, getting ointments sa drawers.
"What were you doing this time?" Doc said.
"Couple runs." Sagot ni Bhryle.
"Use your car."
"Dad, can we not talk?" Bhryle said and bowed his head.
Nagkatinginan kami ni Doctor. Lumapit ako sa kanya at binigay ko sa kanya ang pinakuha niya.
"My son doesn't like explaining." He whispered. "Pag galit lang lakas makasagot."
"Dad, I heard you." Sabi ni Bhryle. "Do you really have to inform her?"

"Sorry, it's just that I talk a lot when Nurse Sandross is around. Do you happen to know her already?" Doctor just said that and I can't help but throw my glare at Bhryle.

I shouldn't have glared.
