( Abraham's P.O.V.)

" How long would it be until you made the cure?" Maggie asked Eugene.

" It depends on the factors, including the density on the infected around target sites worldwide"

" Wait, target sites?" Glen asked, turning around in the bus seat. " Are you talking about missiles?"

" That's classified."

" All you have to say is yes or no."

" Gleen." Maggie said.

" Whatever." Gleen said, turning back around.

I never had a good feeling about this whole thing, but I wanted to avenge my wife and kids.

Eugene didn't act like he was a scientist. Most of those fuck- " BITCHNUTS!" I yelled as one tire popped and when I went to turn the bus, the wheels hit something else, and then it whipped out on it's left side.

I woke up to the snarling of Walkers outside.

" Everyone still among the living?" I asked.

" Yes," Tarra said. " Come, we gotta get out of this thing."

" One more hit, ready?" Glenn asked.

" Yeah," Rosita said. " THREE!"

The back of the bus busted open, and Rosita put her hunting knife into the Walker's head, and continued to that as Maggie put a light in my eyes.

" I'm ok." I groaned.

" Then come on."

Glenn rushed outside and ran a few yards, then turned around and fired his silenced 9mm at the left side of the bus, covering us. " Come ON!"

We all got out and rested for a few minutes as the fire in the bus burned.

" Alright, let's get moving." I said, putting my backpack back on.

" Not to be a downer, but we just crashed," Eugene said as I passed him. " We need another vehicle, supplies, and there were a few more busses back at the ch-"

" Which is 15 miles back. It will take us two days to go back there!" I shouted. " We can't afford to lose time!"

" Are you alright?" Gleen asked me.

" I'm fit as a damn fiddle."

" Were with you. All the way, alright."

Gleen's eyes change direction. " I think I see a car."

I turned around and squinted. " It's crushed it shit."

" Still might have supplies in it."

As night fell, we came across a small town.

We set up shop in the library and called it a night.

We cleared the town. Nothing. But we did find a firetruck, and it started after a couple of grinding sounds, but stopped when I drove it a couple of feet.

I got out. " Might be the intake."

I hopped onto the top as a tire rolled out of a cracked door, and Walker's started pouring out. And that's when I opened the hose and killed them.

" REALLY!" Rosita yelled up at me.

I laughed. " Come on baby, your just a little wet. You weren't yelling at me last night for making you!"

The thing only lasted us a mile.

And there were no cars in sight to refill it with gas.

And there was a horde of Walker'sinfront of us.

" Were takin' the woods, come on." I said.

" They would be in the woods too."

" Can't we just go back?" Tara asked. " We passed a road."

I huffed, looking at the firetruck, noticing the ramp like road.

But the Walker's would sworn.

Annoyed, I said: " Come on."

" The woods?" Rosita asked.

" Yeah. We gotta get going."

" I'm sorry guys for lying." Eugene said.

" Not the time." I said, climbing up the rather steep hill.

" What?" Maggie asks.

" I'm not a Scientist," Eugene said. " But I might be able to figure out a way to fix this."

Glen exhaled. " Can you?"

"You're not angry?"

" Can you Eugene?" Maggie butted in.

" I can. I have a good feeling. I find study in a biochemical program."

" Why were you afraid to tell us?" Tara asked.

" I was helping myself. I didn't know you would be interested if I said there was a possibility."

" We need to get moving!" I barked.

" I understand if you're mad at me."

" Next time when you need to tell us something, tell us, alright." Maggie said. " Let's get moving."
