You made time for her
And only looked for me
When you were bored.

You gave me the crumbs
She left on the floor.
Kept me on a leash,
So that I couldn't walk away.
You made my heart beat
Faster than I ever imagined
Your heart raced for her,
For she was it's keeper,
I invested all I had in US
US was a word you
Despised so much.
You knew just how much
I was giving but you never
Cared.
You should have let me know
That my heart was never tied to yours
You should have let me know you had no intentions of catching me when I fell.
You should have let me know that your heart belonged to another.
You should have let me know you she was always first priority.
You should have let me know, maybe then my heart wouldn't be shredded to tiny slices, maybe I would have found someone who cares for me the way you do for me.
You should have told me it meant nothing to you, because I was to deep falling for you I could see a thing.
You should have told me sooner and maybe I wouldn't be writing this now.
