Maybe love isn't the one to blame, maybe it's the people but we often don't see that.
We don't see how fellow humans ruin the potentially good thing common amongst many of us.
Love pays the price of a sin it knows nothing
of, regardless of it all it continues to exist
We say Love broke me not John/ Jane Doe broke me.
We give ourselves to each other knowingly or unknowingly when we fall in love, we have the expectation that they can take of us and when the fail to do so, when they leave us gasping for air on the cold floor covered in shards of glass we can only blame love.
We claim how love screwed us over when in truth we screwed ourselves.
The only one who can take care of you is you, when you fall in love and give yourself to them, you can only hope they can do a good job.
So, Even if you screw love it won't screw you over.
Screwed up people screw people over. Though it's easier said than done, don't screw people over if deep down you don't want to be screwed over.
