Luna's POV

""I forgot how often you spill your tears." Said a voice I'd known way too well.

Udjusting my composure, I turned around and came face to with the owner of the voice who was leaning against the frame of the door to the balcony.

"You." I said in a normal voice.

"Yes me lil' sis, weren't you wondering where you your brother had disappeared to these past few days?" He asked with a smile playing on his lips.

"I couldn't care less." I said looking Travis straight in the eye. I knew that my action ticked him off.

"Oh but you do." He said as he began approaching me. When he stood infront of me I knew that he was annoyed at my sudden bravery towards him but he kept a sturdy face even though I could see that anger paying in his eyes.

"You know why you do?" He said again.

"Why?" I asked still looking into his eyes.

"Because I know something about you that you thought I didn't." He said with a huge menacing grin.

As he said that a lot of thoughts gathered on my mind on what exactly he was talking, on what exactly he had found out.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I said as I averted my gaze from him.

My brain told me that I'd made a wrong move because if he wasn't sure before, now he was positive that I had something to hide.

"Are you sure you don't." He said as he let out a chuckle.

I fully turned around and reclaimed my previous position in the balcony facing the beautiful view as I felt Travis coming to stand next to me.

"Luna I know, or should I say that I heard that the police where here." He started.

"So?"

"Don't try to act smart here. Now shut up an let me finish talking." He said with irritation towards the fact that I had interrupted him.

My silence was a signal of go for him as he carried on.

"The NYPD came here looking for one of two girls that went missing just a few months ago. They came here because they had a source that told them that there was a girl who looked exactly like the one of those missing girls." He said.

As I took in what Travis just told my mind only wondered who exactly was it that informed him almost word by word about the visit from the police.

"Unfortunately although you and that girl shared many similarities, you also shared some differences. You only got off the hook because of that and your ID."

Man he was informed but I didn't know where he was going with this.

"Where are you going with this Travis?" I asked.

"That's not the question that you should be asking here." He said and I could feel he said as if he was knew something that I didn't.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"The question here is, who exactly was the lieutenant's source?" He said and I could sense a grin forming from him.

It all made sense when it finally clicked in my head. The reason behind his not being around recently. Why he knew bit by bit about this.

"You." I said in anger as I faced him.

"I guess you do have some brain in that head of yours." He said as he he came face to face with me and the evil smirk of his was on his lips.
