NO ONES POV

On March 27, 1960 the potters welcomed James Fleamont Potter and Grace Euphemia Potter. The elder couple were shocked as to the fact that Euphemia had successfully given birth to both not knowing about grace for the pregnancy. They took it as a blessing and went with it. As time passed on the twins grew up. Both were trouble makers. Casting pranks left and right on old mom and dad. Euphemia and Fleamont both happy they had a full family; James the older brother and Grace the younger sister by 10 minutes, but in James eye she was and will always be his little sister. His to protect and watch over, his backbone, his partner in crime. Merlin helped any boy who looked at her wrong or tried to hurt her.

Grace adored her brother, hating the fact that he used the 10 minutes age difference against her and soon she stopped caring about that. James was her older brother(though she hated to say it to his face). She wanted him to be ok and happy. She would go to the ends of the world for him, he would too.

The twins loved each other, growing up together, constantly teasing each other or fighting. Wherever one was you could find the other in tow.

Euphemia often found herself at a loss of words when she saw her kids not creating mischievousness in any way, in these moments she would walk to the pair and bring James' head so it would lay on her lap and put grace on top of him. Then in a few seconds they would be engulfed in a bone crushing hug with Euphemia relaying sweet messages to them and saying how much she loved them and how happy they made her. The pair smiled and hugged back and stayed there till Fleamont came home and he joined in.

The potter, anyone could see they were happy. The children loved, the parents proud of their kids. A good family. The dream family to everyone.

Go Back to November 3,1959

There was an heir to the infamous Black Family. The noble house of Black had welcomed Sirius Orion Black the third. A year later Regulus Arcturus Black the second was born. The pair of brothers grew up with comfort. Having more money to their name purley for being born. Everyone thought the Black brothers had it easier but they didn't. Sirius often shielded his little brother from their mother Walburga, who always found something to punish the boys for. From a young age Sirius had rebelled and fought against his mother while trying to protect his brother and covering for him. In the end it was always the brothers.

Regulus who would tend to the wounds of his brother gifted to him by their mother. At a young age they learned about blood purity and the dark arts. Regulus took interest which automatically made him the favorite while Sirius didn't care about blood or dark magic he just wanted to have fun and live, but his mother would never let him.

He was often forgotten about and only talked about when someone would talk about the eldest to the Black family, or marriage; neither which Sirius loved or cared about. He would often make an excuse for him at the balls his parents threw in an attempt to make Sirius more like Regulus but; it only tore the brothers apart farther and farther.

The black family was the opposite of the Potter family. Sirius was miserable and had no hope in his life. He was just there. No one really cared due to his smart mouth or the actions he took, never combing or gelling his hair, smoking; drinking. His parents had given up on the boy but had hoped he would carry on the black name and be placed in Slytherin. Sirius hated his family and couldn't wait to go to Hogwarts and leave them behind. But his little brother often crossed his mind, what would happen to Reggie would he be ok? He often thought of leaving but knew that Reg would be vulnerable to their mother and couldn't bear to pass that burden to his kid brother. All he could do was hope, hope for a miracle, someone to take them out of this painful existence. So he hoped and wished for help. For someone to come and save them both.

But no one came...
