"Meet me at the tower at 4, we're not done yet" the note said as it was passed from sirius to grace in class. The boy turned back to look at her, noticing her cheeks turning a bright shade of red. Throughout her whole day she kept thinking of him, what this would do to her friendship with her brother. She grew worrisome and knew she needed help. At the end of her day she went to regulus room, entering, and seeing the youngest black brother crying. Taking a deep breath Grace locked the room and went to the boy's side, slightly rubbing his shoulder.

"She knows, I don't know how. She knows Sirius and I made up. She knows we're okay now. She's threatening to hurt you. I can't let anything happen to you." he spoke barely above a whisper while breaking down. Grace knew Wallburga lacked feelings but didn't understand how treacherous she could be. She knew Sirius could handle his mother but Reggie was just a boy. He was favored for being the "heir" but the only one to carry out the black name would be sirius.

"Come on let's find sirius he meant what he said. He's gonna protect you from her'' she spoke while wiping his tears away and holding his hand. She slowly pulled the boy to follow. The pair walked up to Gryffindor Tower in silence. The sounds of shuffling and sniffling could be heard. Once they reached the tower Grace said the password and the fat lady welcomed her once again. Knocking on the room the boys share because Merlin knows if you don't knock you will be scared. An unsuspecting Remus opened the door with his book in hand. Grace pushed Reggie in and made him sit on his brother's bed.

"Rem where is Sirius and my lovely twin?" she asked while getting the first aid kit just to check Regulus for any new love marks from mother dearest.

"Were right here love, miss me?" Sirius said, earning a jab from James as the boys came out from the bathroom.

"Again what do you two do in their amazes me" she said while slowly undressing the younger black. Her suspicions were right. From his abdomen to his shoulder there was a bright red mark. The three boys in the room quickly began to help the younger boy. Remus brought chocolate while James got him more comfortable for his older brother to fix him. Grace sat at his side allowing himself to break down.

"What happened? Who did this to you?" Sirius asked as he began to treat his little brothers.

"Mother dearest. She knows. Somehow she always knows. She says i have to stop talking to you or she'll hurt grace. Or worse. Please siri, don't let me go back, not for winter break, not ever."

"You won't be, i'm going to get us an apartment dont worry ill take care of you as long as possible. You won't go through what I went through, "Sirius spoke softly while healing his little brother.

"I never expected this from her. You were her golden child, the child who in her eyes was meant to be the heir to the black house. It was never supposed to be me. I always took her spells because I knew you would do great things but for her to do this, because of us. I swear to yo reg she won't get you. I'll protect you dont worry. I took her bestings and everything but I never expected her to go so low to hurt you. Everyone knew that I was the bastard son but you were the golden child, you were the heir. But with what she did I won't let you go back. I'll kill her myself if i have to, but don't worry i'll protect you" sirius spoke while getting his brother situated in his bed. "Rest now, I'll make plans for us". He tucked the boy in and quickly regulus was counting sheep.

"Mom and dad will take him in if anything, he's my best friend and I'll be damned if your wicked mother hurts him" Grace spoke while sitting on her brother's bed. James nodded in agreement.

"For now he'll come back with us but i'll start working and get us an apartment" sirius said while grace gave him a death stare.

"No you want to. You will finish school then afterwards get a job, mom and dad wont mind taking in you guys because they know how she is. You both will stay for as long as possible. If you want to make it up to them, mow their lawn or something." the girl said while her brother nodded in agreement.

"So it's settled, I'll write the letter to mom so she knows what's going on and so she can prepare his room for winter break," James said while leaving the room with Peter, who meant to mail his parents.

"So you two, did you finally confess your feelings?"Remus asked, earning a jab from sirius.

"You're telling me you knew but didn't say anything moony. Wow how rude, "Grace said while throwing a pillow at the man earning a chuckle from her lover.

"Well it was never my place to say but yes i knew, you do realize you both confessed your love to one another at different years. Grace told me in our 4th year while Sirius told me in our 3rd year. But if it means anything you have my blessing. Sirius hurt her and ill will kill you.'' Remus said while exiting the room leaving them alone.

"4th year huh? So i get to tell everyone that i liked your first then snakey.'' Sirius said while walking closer to grace.

"Shut up black and kiss me, prove to me how much you claim to like me.'' Grace said while grabbing the boy's neck and pulling him in. The kiss the two shared was interrupted by a loud cough.

"You know you guys can snog all you want but please not in front of me for merlin's sake." regulus said while getting up. "How long was I out for?" he questioned the two while getting dressed.

"Only about 30 minutes but I do think dinner is done so we can go if you're feeling ready, '" Grace said while fixing his hair. The boy didn't say anything but slightly nodded his head. The three of them went down to the great hall together, but something unusual happened. For the first time Sirius sat with his brother and lover. James had walked in and noticed but he didn't say anything thinking Sirius wanted to be there for his brother not knowing he had alternate means.
