AU; Mate/Alpha*Slade* AU.
*May be a slight multiship of Slade x Kiku x Jude; it depends on whether or not you want it to be*
Scenario:
In this world, some people were born as hybrids. They could be a human or another humanoid species with the traits of a certain species of animal. They could also turn into said species. They retained certain physical aspects of that species as well.
While only certain people were born this way, there will still little groups of power within these hybrids. One of these groups was ruled by a man named Jude. A very strong hybrid due to being the son of Hades and a human woman of these hybrids. He had a son. His son was of course very strong as well. They were the strongest or one of the strongest of these groups and held to a high esteem.
Slade and Jude held the aspects and some physical aspects of wolves. A very strong animal.
When Slade turned (18, 21, etc; age is up to you), Jude tells him to pick his mate. And to remember not to make the same mistake he made and choose an untrustworthy mate that would cause him pain. In a sense this mate would be a Princess for this group.
It ends up being a surprise when Slade brings home a chubby but otherwise small kitten or cat and places it on the table in front of Jude.
