"Mommmmmmiiieeee, where are you at daddy said come eat!!"
" coming sweet pea! I'm in the kitchen"
Once the words left my mouth the sound of tiny feet could be heard as they crossed the living room floor into the kitchen where I was.
" can I have juice?"
I looked down at Sam smiling before putting my phone back on the counter and grabbing my baby a juice box from the fridge.
"here you go, let's go see what daddy and your brother and sister are doing"
" I wanna stay with you, 'Tana keep crying and daddy said if I ask when the food gonna be done again he gonna pop me"
" no he won't, Watch and see... come on"
Sam smiled up at me grabbing my hand as we headed back out to the backyard for our family day bbq. It was just Dave and the kids, as we enjoyed our self with some much needed relaxation in our backyard.
I fixed the rim of my bucket hat to block out the California sun as me and Sam made our way back to Dave and the kids.
" I kno' you wasn't in there snitching to your momma', that's cool I got you later"
I cracked up ast Dave as he flipped a burger on the grill mean mugged Sam, who only stared back at him with the same look.
" leave my baby alone and give her a burger"
" Me too mommy! I'm hungry"
We all turned to Kinsley now by my side in her pink one piece bathing suit. Her wet curls sticking to her forehead.
" like my babies said, fix them a burger Chef"
I winked at Dave as he only smirked before taking a sip of red cup looking at me over the rim.
" I like that bathing suit to mommas, A-S-S looking right"
I waved Dave off as I went to grab Santana from his walker, we let him chill in it most days because he loved to move freely and his legs were still getting use to walking.
"You gonna eat to big boy?"
Loud giggles came from 'Tana as I picked him up out the walker, placing him on my hip.
"why you pulling mommy necklace huh? Handsome boy"
I tickled 'Tana as we made our way to the patio table to eat as family.
"daddy way Sam get hotty sauce on her fries?!"
I laughed as Dave rolled his eyes, biting into his burger, before looking down at Kinsley.
