I woke up early like usual I was warm so I knew that it meant Ace was cuddled up against me. It made me really happy, being next to Ace made me the happiest person in the world. Honestly as much as I would love to complain about his constant clingy behavior it honestly assured me more than anything. It assured me not only that he was real but the fact he was actually with me.
I shifted trying to find a way to get out of his grip but it just tightened I turned my head to see his eyes open and looking at me "you are not going anywhere" he grumbled "why not?" I whined at him he glared at me "because now I have to suffer through hours of shopping the least you can do is let me cuddle with you for a few more minutes" he pouted I grinned at him "you act like you aren't going to be clinging on to me like a leech the entire time to keep boys away" I teased he grinned at me "I will neither confirm or deny any of that statement" he said coyly I just rolled my eyes and hid my smile in his chest he chuckled then the door burst open.
"Get up cuddle bugs! I know you're awake get dressed we're going shopping!" Lily squealed like a little girl. She was like a 5 year old on Christmas morning. I feel like the roles are very reversed here. Maybe it's revenge for all the Christmas mornings but I highly doubt it because her and my mother were always just as excited.
I miss her so much why did she have to be... I mean, why did she have to die. I got dressed and went downstairs Ace following me like a guard dog. A muffin was shoved in my hand and I was dragged out to the car and shoved in the backseat Ace got in on the other side I gave him my muffin he wouldn't accept it I tried again but he shook his head again I groaned "just take the damn muffin Ace!" I exclaimed getting frustrated "no the most I'll do is take half you have the other half" he argued I sighed but eventually gave in. It was our favorite muffin, apple cinnamon. I slowly nibbled on it. The hour it took to get to the mall and I just finished the damn thing, stupid muffin. I felt sick but didn't say anything. I knew what it was anyway.
Of course the first store I was dragged to was H&M we wound up finding some really cute things for Lily and I we also found some things for Ace. Next we went to American Eagle and just like H&M we found a few peices we went to almost every store an I swear I was going to go absolutely crazy but Ace didn't look any better so I took that as a win the last store much to both Ace's an my horror was Victoria's Secret I groaned at Lily but she made me buy a few things that she thought I needed before we left the store and collected Ace from the bench outside the store and left the mall "we're going home right?" Ace and I asked Lily looked back at us "oh God no we're just getting started there are still malls in town plus other stores" she said Ace and I groaned before falling silent.
The day passed. Some moments felt like they would never pass and others felt like they passed too soon. After the long day of shopping I flopped on the bed. I was annoyed knowing that soon Lily would want me to put on a mini fashion show doing my hair and makeup. I knew Ace would suffer the same fate but without the makeup and I would be the one doing his hair, yes the hair fetish even included his mom. The door opened and Ace walked in with food. I hate food. I accepted the dish not happy about it but I knew I wouldn't be allowed to skip a meal, one of the best things about living alone is that I didn't have to eat if I didn't want to, which I never really did so it was rare to see me eating. Ace knew my strong dislike for food, which is why he's so stubborn about it, but he doesn't know how severe it it. Thankfully.
The stew tasted good even if it make me slightly sick because I ate too much, and by too much I meant the bowl Ace had given me. "Oh kitty's you know what time it is!" Lily sang in an evil sounding tone Ace and I groaned "if you keep complaining I will be doing your hair Ace not Pixie, and if you complain I will force you to where bright pink long dresses that go down to the ground and dresses that show way too much!" She exclaimed we shut up very quickly.

A lot of them were simple but, then they got less simple, honestly I tried on over 25 outfits Ace like 10. To say I was done by the time it was over would be the understatement of the fucking century. You could tell when I was done because I got snappy, when I was snappy my normal snide remarks and casual bickering became mean and turned into fights. It took a lot to get me to this point and I needed to calm down before I flipped my shit and said things I regret. I was out in the willow tree when Ace finally found me. I know he could have guessed where u was from the beginning but he knee I needed time. When he climbed up we sat in silence, not saying a word, not needing to.
"Cone with me we have somewhere we need to be" he said I stared at him like he was crazy "come on we'll be late if you don't come with me now" he said standing up and climbing down the tree I looked down at him "come on!" He urged I sighed and finally complied following him out to the car. We drove to the airport and I I got suspicious why the hell would we be at the airport? When we got inside and he lead me to the place where people get their luggage I saw why.
I ran and jumped on Mason thrilled that he was here "baby! I missed you so much why are you here?" I squealed at him he hugged me back "I missed you too babe! Ace told me about what happened and I dragged our asses down to see you because 1 I wanted to and 2 you would do and have done the same for me" he said I hugged him even tighter and looked back at Ace "when did you contact him, no how did you contact him?" I asked he smiled at me "remember when I asked to use your phone because mine was "dead"? He asked with finger quotes around dead I nodded "I got his number and added it to my phone and texted him later that day" he said I pouted my lip at him why the fuck was he so perfect?! I hugged him "thank you Ace I really appreciate it" I told him he smiled back and nodded we lead Grey and Mase to the car "so where are you guys staying and for how long?" I asked "we're staying at the inn and we'll be staying for a week or so" Mase said I nodded.
Maybe this day wasn't so bad after all, at least for now I know I can be ok.
Ok so another chapter yay! Ok so I have got the climax of the story in my drafts and then when it starts to wind down. I just need to find a way to get everything to mesh together. And then the very last chapter I don't know how much longer this story will be, but I have a feeling it will be a few more chapters I don't know I know it will be at least 20.
