CHAPTER 19: Bye, Oklahoma

Allison's POV:

I can't seem to sleep.

Lots of stuff happened earlier. First, I got my memory back. Second, I-I kissed Greyson.

The thought still makes me nervous. Third, well, there's no third. I never thought that Greyson would feel the same way.

Wait. He didn't exactly say 'I love you'. Wait, what if I just misunderstod the kiss? What if he didn't feel the same way?

And w-what if he did?

I stared up at the ceiling. I was on my bed. I really couldn't sleep. Hmmm. What now? I rolled over a few times.

The picture frame on my night stand caught my attention. It was a picture of the three of us. Me, Katie, and Greyson.

Hmm...

I want to see them. Katie ad Grey.

Especially Greyson. Especially him.

Greyson's POV:

I slapped my forehead. I forgot.

I forgot to tell her.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning, and I forgot to tell her.

But. It'd only be temporary anyway. I'd come back in an instant. Of course. I'd definitely come back for her. I'd come back for Allison.

With that, I drifted to sleep.

Allison's POV:

It was almost 8:30. Why is it that I can't stop being tardy all the time? Oh well.

I entered the school and immediately started looking around. Hmm, maybe he's in class. 

I ran into the classroom, and looked around. Katie was in here. she had a disappointed look, but where was Greyson? I wonder.

I walked up to Katie to see if she knows where he is. "Greyson?" Katie aked, her face looked lifeless. She wasn't her usual cheery self.

"He left." she said. My eyes widened in shock.

"WHAT? Left where?!" I asked, close to yelling. "To California." "WHAT!" "Don't worry, he'll come back." she answered, trying to force a smile. "Where is he now?!" I yelled.

"Probably at the air---" I ran to the door. "---port."

Even if he is coming back, I won't know when. I don't even know why he's going there. I have to see him before he goes. I have to.

I ran out of the school, calling a taxi, and getting in. "To the airport!' I basically yelled.

Greyson's POV:

This is it, huh? I looked around once more time. Well, bye Oklahoma. I won't be here for a while.

I was in the waiting room. Nina said she had to leave me for a bit to take care of certain matters. Besides, the flight won't happen in about an hour and 30 minutes? I guess.

I looked around again and sighed. Hmm. Oklahoma. I'd miss you. I don't know exactly how long I'm staying there. I'd try to come back as soon as I can, though. All for.....Allison.

Suddenly, I heard a yell.

"GREYSON!!!" sounded like Ali.

Maybe it was just my imagination? 

"GREYSON!!!!" Seriously where is that coming from? Is it just in my head?

Am I hallucinating?

I stood up, eager to know if it was just me or what. I took a deep breath and turned around. "Greyson..." she said.

Those big brown eyes and those brown locks. It was her. The love of my life.
