CHAPTER 14: That Dark Brown-Haired Guy

Allison's POV

Okay, so it's time for school again. After the little accident, I couldn't remember much about what's happened in about the past 12 months.

All they helped me remember was Dylan being my boyfriend.

That was actually such a huge surprise to me. I have no idea how that happened. But I wanted to know something else.

I wanted to know who that dark brown-haired guy is. He gave me this weird feeling I just couldn't describe. When I saw him in the hospital, I got butterflies in my stomach.

That didn't happen when I was with Dylan. I wonder why?

Suddenly, the door bell rang and interrupted my thoughts.

I ran over to the door. "Oh, hey Dylan." I said, opening the door wide enough so he could enter.

"You know, we should get going now." he said, tugging on his bag. "Oh right. Well, let me get my bag first." I answered, and ran to fetch my bag.

We walked out of my house and I locked it. I glanced over at Dylan.

He was staring daggers at someone. I took a glimpse of who it was. It was the dark brown-haired guy, he seemed to be living next door.

Dylan suddenly held my hand and we walked side by side over to school.

Greyson's Point Of View (POV):

It hurts. It hurts to be in my shoes right now. It hurts to see the girl you love being taken away by another guy who's a complete jerk.

It hurts that she doesn't even know me.

Maybe, If I never ignored her because of that stupid kiss then she wouldn't have locked herself in the bathroom. This is all my fault.

Why did I have to do such a stupid thing like that anyway? This is my fault, everything is.

I tried to ignore their PDA and continued walking to school, with my head down.

Allison's Point Of View (POV):

"Bye babe." Dylan told me and leaned to give me a kiss on the cheek.

"Bye." I said, and walked up to my first class, which they said was History. I rushed in and everyone stared at my like I killed someone.

I ignored it and looked for and empty seat. The one beside the dark brown-haired guy. It doesn't seem occupied, so that's probably my seat, I think.

Once I sat down, everyone came rushing to me.

They asked questions about the accident and how I was doing. "Are you okay, Ali? Did you get hurt or anything?" some girl asked me.

"Oh yeah, yeah. I just have temporary memory loss, that's all." I answered calmly. They all gasped. Oh, they probably didn't know.

"So, do you remember me?" one kid asked, pointing at himself. I stared at him and shook my head. This was really weird though. Not remembering anything. Anything at all.

I glanced over at the dark brown-haired guy beside me. He looked back and I quickly looked away. Here comes the butterflies in my stomach again.

Why does this happen?
