After I got ready I put my hair in a pony and went downstairs to make a smoothie, I Made a banana and strawberry milk smoothie and took it with me and I went for a jog in the neighborhood after a 20 minute jog I went back inside In the small shed outside where we workout and I could already see Bryce josh and Jaden working out I told them "good morning" and they told me the same thing.
