Gloomy day

*Elijah's POV*

I looked at the clock and saw it's already 9 in the morning.

I flinched as I tried to get up, my body is still aching.

I remember what happened at the villa with Lucas when he tried to kiss me,
I was a fool for running away, I didn't mean too I was just scared and startled by what he was trying to do.

How can face him? I bet he's done with me, I even ignored his calls cuz I wasn't ready to talk to him yet. I groan, "jeez what am I doing?"

"Elijah?" Rosie said as she enters the room.

"Yes?" I said as I burry my face with a pillow.

"Can we talk?" she said and I nod.

"I don't know what you're feeling right now but I bet you're scared, but you can't run away or hide your feelings Elijah" she said.

"I'm just confused you know" I said.

"Of what?" she said.

"I have no experience about love and I don't want to get hurt like what happened with my step family" I said.

"I know Elijah we all experienced this kind of situation but you got to burry the past and look up what's in your present, you got to take risk in everything cuz I know we'll get through these challenges and I just wanted you to be strong and fight for what you feel" Rosie said as my eyes started to tear.

"I- I'm sorry Rosie I've been such a heartless fool, I didn't even consider Lucas's feelings for me. He's always been there for me, understands me all the time even if I acted like a jerk. Yet all I do is run away from him because of being scared and wouldn't take the risks" I said crying.

"Shh that's enough it's all right" she said hugging me.

"Do you like him?" she asked.

"Yeah I guess so" I said.

"Okay so what's the plan?" she asked.

After an hour deciding what to do to make up with Lucas and a way to apologize to him, we finally had a plan.

Rosie told Luther about our plan and he'll invite Lucas to meet him at a place for lunch. Saying he'll send the address to him.

While we prepared the whole stuff in the place where we'd plan to.

I hope it works, I said as I looked at the decorations we've made.

It's aleardy 12 and Luther texted Rosie that Lucas is on he's way. I began to panick while Rosie tried to calm me down.

"Just breathe Elijah you'll be fine, so i'll leave you now so you got to do your best" she said while holding my hands.

"Okay thanks" I said to her as I tried to calm myself.

A moment later Lucas arrived and I saw his eyes in confusion.

"Uhm Lucas?" I said trying to talk like a normal person.

"What is all of this?" he asked.

"Mr. Lucas Le Brough I know I've been a fool and heartless jerk, but I'm here to say sorry for acting like one. I didn't mean all of this and I regretted running away that day and leaving you behind.
I was scared and startled, scared to be hurt and afraid you'll leave me after. I'm so sorry Lucas for being afraid of taking risk. I hope you'll forgive me after what I've done to you, and also I'm here to say that I want to make this date a real one with no more running away and I want to start dating you for real right now at this moment" I said to him.

I gasped as I finally finished my speech without stuttering.

"I- don't know what to say" Lucas said as he walks to me and hugged me.

"Of course I want to Vincent, I'm not mad at you and I never will" he said as he tighten his hug.

"Thank you Lucas for being so good to me" I said.

"No, Thank you Vincent for giving me chance to love you" he said.

After we finished our moment with each other we decided to eat lunch.

"You really prepared all of this for me?" he asked.

"Well I asked help from Rosie and Luther" I said.

"Yeah Luther even fooled me saying we'll have lunch together" he said smiling.

"But I'm so happy right now" he added as he holds my hand.

"Me too" I said.

"I can't believe you actually give in" he said teasingly.

"Oh stop it Lucas" I said shyly.

"Okay okay sorry" he said laughing.

"So this is our real first date together?" he asked.

"Yes? you don't like it? well we can have another date tom-" I said as he cutt me off.

"It's perfect Vincent, I couldn't ask for more" he said while I felt my cheeks burning.

"Really? Thanks" I said.

"Yes, but I wouldn't mind going for another date tomorrow" he said with a grin face.

"You brat!" I said as I punched his shoulder lightly while he laughs hard.

After we ended our first real date together we headed home.

"So I'll see you tomorrow?" he said.

"Yeah" I replied.

"Okay Goodnight Vincent, dream of me will ya? he said jokingly.

"Yeah right, Goodnight too Mr. Le Brough" I said while laughing.

As soon as I climb out the car I heard Lucas spoked.

"No goodnight kiss?" he said grinning his face.

"I- um" I said as I stutter again.

"It's fine no need to rush things right? So um I guess-" he said as I cutt him off with kiss on his cheek.

"Goodnight Lucas" I said as I wave my hand as I enter the cafe.
