Chapter 2
Don't want to be the CEO
*Lucas's POV*
"Are we done yet?" I groan as my eyes started to hurt from these flashing flashing lights.
"Nope almost", said Luther as he positioned the camera everywhere to capture the best photo of me.
"I've been here like hours!" I exclaimed
"Yeah yeah okay were done stop that assy attitude of yours" he said while laughing.
"Enfin! I'm so hungry like 3 hours ago?" I cried to him
"Let's go have lunch" Luther said and I nod quickly not wasting anytime.
Yeah Luther is my cousin well my mom's side, he's an owner of a well known clothing brand he himself do the photography thing, and I on the other hand pose and become a model of his.
I don't why I agree I'm not even good in front of a camera.
Dinner diner diner😋
"One steak, chicken salad and oh lemon" I said to the waiter who's taking our order.
"Faites en deux pls and change it with coke hehe" said Luther while giggling as the the waiter takes our order while we wait.
"So how's your mom?" Luther asks
"She's fine always bugging me to replace my dad as the CEO of the Company" I sigh.
"Really? what's wrong with being the next CEO it's nice you know"
he said as he drinks water.
"I don't want to be the CEO I just want my life to be free and worry nothing" I said.
"You ass! Hey it's time for you to get up there and stop thinking about what happened in that orphanage, it's been 15 years already man forget it" Luther said with a tone.
"Bu-" sir here's your order I look up before I can speak the waiter cut me off as he place the foods in our table.
I just ate not bothering to answer anymore.
We finished our lunch early and we head out to our favorite cafe.
"Hey Mrs. Hail comment vas-tu?
Luther said as we sat down.
"Oh boys you're here! well am doing great it's so good to see you two, how's your parents? she exclaims.
"Yes I guess we love this place a lot well they're fine you haven't visit lately" I said making her smile.
"I've been busy running this place lately boy just say hi for me then" she said.
"Of course we will" we both respond.
"I guess one espresso and latte?" she said.
"As our usual Mrs. Hail" Luther said.
"Okay boys coming up" she replied.
After we finished I decided to go home.
I said to Luther I gotta head home cuz am not feeling well, which is an excuse of mine.
I headed to my car and got on the driver's seat I know were rich but I don't want any driver taking me home or to everywhere I go.
As I spot our parking lot the gates open and I got out.
"Salut Un fils" said my mom with a smile
"Hello mom I'm back " I said with a low voice.
"Where's your Father?" She said
