Please come to the game tomorrow.

THE DOOR SWUNG open and I immediately crumpled the written note, Brandon gave me a weird look then sat down in my chair. "What do you want loser?" I groaned as I shoved him off.

"To annoy you. That's what I want to do."

He smirked and I scowled at him as my response. With me and Brandon being close in age, our relationship was close as well, Sorta.

"What's with the paper?" He asked, Glancing down at ny hand. I threw it in the trash and grinned. "Old drawings. That's all."

He hummed as if he knew I was lying, I'd hope he wouldn't ask anything else about it, But he got up and left my room without saying another word. I immediately sprung up from my bed and went to the trash can to pick back up the note.

For a few minutes I contemplated about going to the game tomorrow, With the way Benny acted today, I wasn't sure if I was up to even going. As I replayed the incident, I continued to cringe how Phillips called me Princess. Out of all the names you could use, He had to use Princess.

I decided to rest this one off, It's usually how I deal with all of my problems, Others would write it down or something, But me, I just needed to sleep.

For some reason, Something, perhaps maybe even someone, told me to go today. To the game. I laid flat on my bed, My arms and legs spread out across the soft surface like a starfish kinda.

My eyelids grew heavy but they immediately shot close as the sun bled through the openings to my curtains.

I sat up, rubbing my eyes. I brushed my hair back but it got tangled halfway, So I attempted to detangle it without losing any more hair than I already have because of the knots. It seemed like a perfect day for baseball, I began to miss it.

The smell of the grass, The sound of the bat, Even the obnoxious screams from Yeah-Yeah and Squints, I miss it all, even though I was just there yesterday. Deep down, A little part of me also missed Benny, It sucks how a little argument caused so much to happen.

I began getting changed, I decided to just put on a navy blue shirt with some denim shorts. During summer, Shorts and a tshirt became my best friend. I put my hair in a simple braid then slipped on a dodgers cap that my dad gave me for a few birthdays ago.

My mom was already awake and making pancakes, I assumed Emily asked for them last night. She saw me walk in and smiled, "You going out again?" She asked.

The difference between my mom and dad is quite vast if you think about it. My dad, as expected, was more strict when it came to boys.

He doesn't really like the idea of me going out to play baseball, Where as my mom on the other hand, Supported it more than just 100%.

"Do you want some pancakes?" She asked in a sweet, uplifting tone. I took a freshly cooked one from the plate and grinned, "Thanks mom! See you later."

"Don't be out too late please!"

I opened the door and gasped as Benny stood there, His hand was up and with a clenched fist as if he was going to knock. After a small moment of just us staring at each other, He finally said something. "Hi."

"Hi. You were going to pick me up?" I asked.

He glanced away, making little to no eye contact with me. "Yeah, I just wanted to check up on you." He mumbled quietly.
