Its the middle of the night. Everyone is awake but you. Tobi pretended to sleep, in order to see you are completely out of it in a deep sleep from the exhaustion of the day you've had. He bleeds though the walls, out the room and enters the living room to everyone else who is in there, talking about the day you had that they all witnessed.
He walks in.
"Tobi don't tell me thats filled with Candy.." Deidara sweat drops seeing the size of the box he is holding. To further inspection, its not a box...but the chest this journey had all started with.
He places it on the floor in the middle of the room.
Their eyes stare at the chest, then they soon narrow their gazes onto Tobi. "You had it all this time?!" Sasori retorts.
"Quieten down" Itachi spoke.
"Tobi didn't have it all this time, Tobi said it wasn't here and probably back at base, and it was" he shrugs.
"You've been able to head back to base ALL THIS TIME!? HM" Deidara moans loudly but quiet enough that you don't get woken up.
"Tobi didn't want to leave [Y/N]-chan. Tobi never wants to leave [Y/N]-chan..I'm positive you all feel the same too"
They all stay silent for a few moments, they were first mad at Tobi but eventually and completely understood his intentions. After all, I'm sure they would have done the same as him if they could.
"Leader is back..he wants us to return.." Tobi mumbles looking up at the other members.
"..Now" Their eyes widen. They can't leave you now..
"We need to go" Kakuzu states, crossing his arms.
"But...[Y/N]" Kisame frowns, unhappy with the situation they're in.
"I'm sure Leader wouldn't want to be kept waiting" Sasori growls
"I think..this is the best time to leave than any" Itachi murmured looking at the box.
"Are you freaking kidding me Uchiha?!" Hidan blurts out in anger whisper shouting
"Trust me, It would be much harder to say goodbye to her and she wouldn't be able to handle it right now" Itachi says closing his eyes, crossing his arms.
The pause of silence hits once more.
"Besides.." Zetsu stands up "we can't say no to Leader's orders".
They all sigh, knowing this is the best way. They can't wake you up and explain. It'll only upset you more and only make it more difficult for them to leave than it already is. Tobi hands out everyone's cloaks and old attire he picked up before entering the room. He then opens the lid to the chest, holding it tightly. As a blinding light fills the room the group vanish, taking the chest with them this time.. leaving the living room empty.
