*Alarm buzzing*

SMACK

You hit the alarm clock, causing it to quickly quiet down. Looks like I won't be needing that alarm for a while. You sigh to yourself recalling the fact you no longer have a job. You turn your body to the side looking at the metal briefcase on the side of the bed you forgot to put away. you're so grateful to Kakuzu to help you out like this, it should cover a few months expenses until you find a new job. Well..I don't have to look for a job that quickly, maybe I can spend some time with the guys. Enjoy the week that I can give myself off.

You peer at the end of the bed. Hmm..Maybe Tobi is already awake, weird. You lift the covers up and get out of bed stretching. Oh the possibilities! What could we do today? I think I'll start by treating them all and make everyone breakfast if they haven't eaten yet. An apology to Hidan and a day off cooking for Itachi. Good Idea, me! You head into the bathroom, brushing your teeth, washing and putting on a fresh set of clothing.

It's quiet. Hmm maybe they're outside or still asleep. You turn the kettle on and get some mugs out. Making a batch of Tea/Coffee for the group. Placing it all onto a tray you walk into the living room.

CLASH

You drop the tray, shock written all over your face. The living room is empty, with no sight of anyone aside from some outfits neatly placed in a pile. You knock on the spare bedroom door. "Kakuzu? Hidan?"

Silence.

You open the door to see the bed unchanged. No one slept here last night...

Looking to the side of the room, there is no evidence of the Akatsuki cloaks they had hung up..

You rush into the garden, "..Zetsu?"

All that's left are wooden weapons they created.

No...They can't of. No I won't believe it.

You hold back the tears you feel already trying to escape. "Now isn't the time to panic, think logically before jumping to conclusions.."

You head to the living room, analysing the mess, then the spare room and then Tobi's mini fortress. All their cloaks are gone, headbands too. You head back into the living room, picking up the mess of tea/coffe you spilt and sit on the sofa silently. You see a hoodie on the side, you nuzzle your face into it. Kisame.. You put it on with the hood up, inhaling the scent. You head to the other side of the room, finding Sasori's half made puppet, that looks quite similar to you. You ran your fingers across the wood. Your tears that you were fighting to keep in refused to listen and spilled. You drag your lifeless body into your room, staring at the pillow mess Tobi exclaimed was his fort. You crawled in, brushing all the sweet wrappers away. You clutch onto a pillow tightly and start to let out your tears.

*Two days have past*

You've hardly eaten and hardly slept. You sat with your back to the front door. Only hoping, believing it would open and they all return. Inside, you know this wasn't going to happen but you could only hope. The words Tobi spoke to you ran through your head over and over again,

'Yeah...But Tobi will do everything in his power to make sure we stay as long as we can! Deal?'

You told yourself over and over that they would eventually leave and not to get too attached, but you couldn't help it. Your world changed upside down when you met them and all for the better. You twiddled a left over kunai in your hand, reminding yourself of each and every one of them. Why didn't they say goodbye? Was there any warning to this? Once again, you huddle your knees into your chest.

*Rustles*

...What was that? You rush to your feet, hastily opening the door to the sound you could hear. You smile, readying yourself to jump at the first Akatsuki member in front of you.

"Meow"

You look down, it's only the neighbours cat.. you pat the tabby cat's head and close the door, sinking to the ground once more.

"I'm so pathetic.."

"Tobi doesn't think that"

Oh great now I'm hearing voices!

You cover your ears, burrowing your head into your knees. A hand is felt resting on your head. You dart your eyes up at the sudden touch, to see a orange swirled mask in your face.
