"Ughhh I hate this, she's going to be so distraught, hm" Deidara says bowing his head in shame as they enter the hideout.
Hidan looks around wildly, soon rushing off into his room. "Baby I missed you! ~~" He comes out kissing his scythe, holding it tightly "I'll never let you go" Sasori facepalms at the immortal.
Kisame gasps and realises what he has forgotten. He sprints to his room and barges open the door. He others follow pursuit, curiosity striking them at why he is acting this way. Kisame is crouched on the ground holding onto a keychain sized Samehada "Speak to me Samehada, its me! Quick, take my chakra!" Samehada weakly takes a nip at his finger and grows back to its normal size rapidly. The sword becomes excited and happy to see Kisame again. He chuckles and closed eye smiled as Samehada wriggles onto Kisame's back.
"I still don't understand this fucking sword...is it like his baby, or his pet?" Hidan sweatdrops. Kakuzu frowns, sniffing the air. The others do the same and all look down. There is a pile of dead rotting fish on the floor. They begin to heave at the smell backing out the room.
"So..you're all back"
The men turn their head to the female voice seeing Konan. "Leader wants to see you in his office"
"Konan, explain why Samehada was closed away in my room and what's with all the decomposing fish?!" Kisame gets up, holding his nose.
"Well..."
FLASHBACK
Samehada had slowly given up seeking chakra from Pain and Konan who are still on top of the table. The shark skin sunk down to the floor sleeping to rest the remaining chakra it has. Pain uses his rods alike giant chopsticks and picks Samehada up at arms length and carries it quickly into Kisame's room, closing the door. Konan follows behind "What if it needs to eat?" Pain looks at her confused. "Well I suppose it is alive.." He says whilst cutting a slit in Kisame's door at head height so Samehada couldn't reach.
*End of flashback*
"So we basically kept feeding fish through the hole in hopes that was enough to suffice Samehada"
Kisame sighed in frustration "Samehada needs CHAKRA not FOOD"
They start to walk to his office, fearing how annoyed Leader is going to be that they all 'disobeyed' his orders.
Kakuzu pulls his fist out to knock but before he can even attempt to touch the door a voice speaks up "Come in"
They enter.
"We apologise -" Kisame gets interrupted by seeing Pain's hand lifted up. Signalling to be quiet. He puts his papers down and look at the group.
"I've heard, I know of the situation" . They look around each other, confused and then to Tobi who is rubbing the back of his head nervously chuckling.
"I want to meet her".
Their eyes widen at the comment their leader came out with.
"Before anything is decided I need to speak to you all about the girl. Itachi first. Everyone else, you may leave"
They nod, leaving the room besides Itachi.
