Kidnapped

Caitlin's pov: beep beep beep I hear my alarm go off I sigh and turn it off. I just lie in bed staring at the celling I would have gone straight to Star Labs but Barry made it pretty obvious he didn't wanna see me.
I know I could have told him both Cisco and I were keeping the secret from him but I couldn't do that to Cisco... after all I was the one who practically started it all.

A solid 45 minutes go by of me just lying in bed texting Felicity but she had to go to work so I was watching Riverdale on Netflix. But I know I can't spend my whole day lying in bed so I turned off the tv got ready and to get coffee at Jitters. I was heading out to my car when I see a flash of red lightning what the hell? I thought to myself. "Hello Dr.Snow nice to meet again" the man in yellow says "you've got to be kidding me?" I say but the next thing i know I'm tied up to a chair in a warehouse.

"Why are you doing this?" I ask yanking my wrists trying to get free. "Barry Allen of course. Oh and don't bother trying to get free it won't happen" he says. Then just runs off leaving me tied up.

Meanwhile at Star Labs
Barry's pov: i know my argument with Caitlin last night was bad and all but the fact that she didn't come in to Star Labs today got me worried. Cisco was walking in to the Cortex with Felicity at this moment. They were talking science so I decided not to interrupt their conversation. But I couldn't let myself do that... "what are you beautiful minds talking about?" I ask trying to forget the tension of yesterday. "I was helping Felicity with a case she has back in Staring" Cisco said. "Barry you look worried, what's up?" Felicity asked "Caitlin hasn't shown up today" I say "maybe that's because someone yelled at her last night and told her to leave" Cisco muttered under his breath.
"I can perfectly hear you Cisco" I say "great!" He says walking into the other room.

Felicity stands in the middle of the Cortex with her arms crossed "what was that about?" She asks. "Yesterday Caitlin almost died and I could have prevented it had she told me the truth but she didn't-" I say and sigh "so I got a little frustrated-" I continue but Cisco interrupt me "VERY frustrated!" He yells from the other room. "Thanks buddy!" I yell back sarcastically
"Basically I yelled at her because I was mad at the moment and I think I screwed up" I say
"You think!!" Cisco yells once more "ok you to stop yelling from other rooms like children and come in the same room to talk!" Felicity yells. Cisco walks in slyly "ok mom" he says and she gives him a death glare "don't" she said. "Ok damn... I'm sorry" Cisco says I laugh. Then an alarm goes off "what's that?" I ask "it's Caitlin's sos alarm it activates when she's in danger" Cisco says "where is she?!" I ask panicked "5th and Maine, GO!" He yells I suit up and run there. I see Caitlin on top of a building so I run up there.

"Caitlin!" I say "help me" she says I go over to her "did you really think it would be that easy?" Thawne says. "let her go, take me" I say "no need but you have to choose" he says "her? Or me?" He says and drops Caitlin of the building top "NO!" I run down to get her but it's a hologram it's not the real Caitlin!
