Kiss

Barry's pov: I finished filling my dad up with everything new going on and sped back to work.
I saw Eddie talking to the captain and then walked out of his office. "what's going on Eddie?" I ask confused "ask your friends Allen" he said cold then walked off purposely bumping into me "dude what the heck is wrong with you?" I say get mad he ignores me and leaves. "Allen! come here for a moment please" Captain says I follow him he sits down and sighs "I no longer need the case information" he said "really why?" I ask confused "there was another suicided earlier today.. and we think we just figured out why" he sighs deeply. He hands me a pamphlet with The Flash emblem on it "what's this?" I ask "the girl who killed herself is related to this... cult? I guess you could say. Her and the other "random" suicides  have been going on because they test The Flash's loyalty I suppose" he said I had no words. "so you are saying these people killed themselves because the Flash couldn't or hadn't saved them?" I ask he just nods "and you are certain?" I ask "yes we are almost fully certain" he said. "you can have the day off if you'd like" he said I just nod and leave the office I see Joe walking in he got back from Starling "hey Barry" he said joyful "hey" I said and walk to the elevator "meet me at Star Labs when you can" I said and afterwords ran to Star Labs where I see everyone silent. "you won't believe this" I said
"we already know about The girl who killed herself, dad" Jackson muttered 

General pov:
Barry was confused on how his son knew. "we called Eddie since you weren't answering but it was to late she jumped off the building as was dead within seconds" Iris said to Barry who was still shocked. Knowing it was his fault that he didn't save that girl he left the room and went to the pipeline and put his head in his hands. "what have I done?" he asked to himself 
he then looked up and saw a worried Caitlin at the doorway "it's not your fault, you had no idea" she said sitting next to him "it is, I feel like everything is going wrong since the day I reset the timeline" he said in frustration and sadness. Caitlin felt bad for him "I just wanna do things I know I can't do" he muttered under his breathe "like reseting the timeline again?" she asked confused "no..." he said and stared at her "like this" he said and kissed her. she kissed him back then realized what was going on she pulled away "i'm sorry, I just-" he couldn't find any other words then him wanting to do that for a while. she awkwardly got up "i'm going to go back to finish my work" she said he grabbed her wrist "I didn't mean to make things awkward by doing that. It's something i've wanted to do since that night Ronnie died, I couldn't before since you were married and couldn't since you were upset-" he said she cut him off by kissing him again
"I love you Barry..." she said
