Truth

Skylar pov: I woke up in the middle of the night on Cisco's couch with my brother right across from me. I got up as quietly as I could and went over to the kitchen to pour myself a glass of milk but I accidentally knocked a plate on the ground and couldn't see anything. I moved a step to turn on the lights but I stepped on glass, I tried not to scream but it hurt I tried walking on one foot but slipped on the wet floor (because I spilled the milk when I dropped the plate) I hit my head. In a flash the lights are on "Sky!" My brother says "are you ok?" He asked then speeds to Cisco's room then back out. Cisco comes out "holy crud what happened?" He asked. "Hold on I'm calling your mom and dad" he said Jackson picked up the glass from the ground and moved me to the couch. "Barry sorry to wake you up but run here and bring Caitlin. Skylar steppes on a huge piece of glass and it's pretty deep in her foot" Cisco said and without hanging up my parents were already here.

Barry's pov: i had to wake Caitlin up to bring her here but she came since our daughter need her. She brought a first aid kit "oh baby girl what happened?" Caitlin asked worried "i tried to pour milk in a cup and I dropped a plate, i accidentally stepped on it afterwards" she said.
"Sky it's really far deep it's gonna hurt" Caitlin said I hold Skylar's hand so she focuses on something else "ok I'm gonna pull it out on 3, ready?" Caitlin asked then looked at me and nodded "Sky guess what?" I said "what?" She asked "1..." Caitlin said "tomorrow I'm taking you two ice skating!" I said "it'll be fun" Jackson said "2..." Caitlin said "and we can get hot chocolate afterwards" Jackson adds "3" Caitlin said and pulled the glass shard out "gahhh" she yelled in pain I squeezed her hand trying to get her to focus on something else. Luckily Cisco knew what to do he put on Ariana Grande while Caitlin finished up. "Ok it's all good now" Caitlin said Cisco turned the music off and Jackson lied back down "you sure you want to stray the night? You can go to your dad's" Cisco said but both kids where dead asleep now. "Never mind i guess" he laughed. "How are you doing Barry? You aren't fully healed and you've been running a lot" Caitlin asked "I'm fine Cait, really" I said "awww" Cisco said "really?" I ask "what your daughter is asleep so someone had to do it" he shrugs. "I'm going back to bed but you guys are welcome to stay the night if you want" he said and walked back to his room "good night Cisco" Caitlin said.

Caitlin's pov: I didn't want to go to sleep. I'm still slightly traumatized from Thawne. "Can you take me home Barry? Please" I ask he nods and picks me up bridal style and ran me home. "Cait, can I ask you something" he asked
"What is it?" I asked
"Why did you ask Cisco to pick you up early when you slept at my apartment?"
"I wanted to get to work early"
"Cait- I know your lying. Cisco said you fell asleep in his car and on the couch. Then I found you asleep in the med bay which is why I ran you home earlier"
"I couldn't sleep at your apartment... at all really"
"What's up?"

"When I got kidnapped by Thawne he tortured me. He kept me in the dark all day and when I tried to sleep he would choke me and try to-"
He cut me off by giving me a hug "I'm so sorry Cait. You could have told me" he said. "I didn't know how. I'm sorry but I can't sleep right at night... alone anyway" I said "I can stay with you if you'd like or you can come stay at my apartment" he said. "What about Jackson and Skylar? Aren't they staying with you" I said "we'll figure it out tomorrow, get some sleep. I'll be right here with you" he said.
I got back in bed and Barry sat next to me in a chair and turned off the lights. "Sweet dreams" he said "night" I said
