Injured

Caitlin's pov: I woke up hearing my phone buzzing. "Hey Caitlin, Barry needs your medical help. get to Star Labs" Cisco says through the call "um sure... ok" I said and hung up.
That's when I realized I was home and in my own bed, I check what time it was. Holy shit it's 5:30 pm did I really sleep that long. I jump out of bed and quickly changed, did my makeup and hair, and grabbed my purse. I got to Star Labs moments later. 
I walk out of the elevator to see Iris pacing looking worried "hey Iris" I said. She looks up happily "thank god your here" she says and grabs my arm and pulls me to the med bay where I see Barry bleeding and with injuries all over his body. "what happened?" I ask worried "we were at CCPD when a speedster got there he beat Barry up and almost killed him" Joe said. "Cait-" Barry said with a half smile "don't talk right now" I said. I did a full body scan of Barry "looks like you have 3 broken ribs, a fractured arm, you  dislocated your shoulder, and you lost a lot of blood. I would give you medicine but your metabolism will burn right through it" I said "than what can you give him?" Iris asked she looked really worried "nothing really..." I said quietly Iris runs off sobbing "Iris!" Joe yells. I turn to Barry "lucky for you, your speed healing is starting to kick in" I say
"that's great new, right?" Cisco asked "yes and no" Joe looks confused "here I'll show you" I pull up the scan on my tablet "Barry's speed healing usually kicks in at 100% after an injury and he would heal in less than an hour but as you can see the percentage has lowered to 30 so it will take longer for him to heal. That fight caused Barry's body to slow down in the healing process" I said Joe and Cisco just stare at me weirdly. "basically Barry you'll be fine you just need to rest and stay off your feet for the next few days" I said "great!" Cisco says "no what if people need the Flash" Barry says "we can handle that, you worry about healing" I said. 
All of a sudden we hear a scream "that's Iris's scream" Joe says and me,cisco, and joe run out of The Cortex I quickly turn around "Barry don't move" I said.

Iris's pov: I scream as I see a young teenage boy coming out of the elevator with blood on his face and a gun in his pocket. "don't-" the boy says as Caitlin,my dad, and Cisco run out "-scream" the boy finishes. a girl who looks like his age walks out of the elevator as well blood also covering her face "i'm sorry but who the hell are you two?" Cisco breaks the silence
"well- let's just say it's complicated" they say combined. I raise my eyebrow "you two come with me" Joe says the two kids follow him. We walk into the pipeline "give me that" Caitlin says pulling the gun out of the boy's pocket "hey! that's mine m-" he said but the girl elbowed him to quiet him "not anymore" Caitlin said "get in there" dad points at one of the cells. Then he locks them in the cell "hey!" they say in unison "why'd you lock them in there?" I ask my dad "we don't know who or what they are capable of so locking them in there is our safest option for now" he said. "Caitlin can you finish up with Barry then run tests on our visitor" I said she nods "of course"
