New reality

Day after

Barry's pov: I opened my eyes to find myself in the med bay at Star Labs. "Caitlin! Barry's awake!" Cisco screamed. Caitlin came in shortly after that "what is going on?" I asked
"dude you don't remember?" Cisco asked I shook my head "no" I said
"what's the last thing you do remember?" Caitlin asked as she made sure my vitals and heart rate were normal "opening Christmas gifts at Joe's with Skylar and Jackson" I said
all of a sudden the both froze and looked at me strangely "who?" Cisco asked I grabbed my phone off the little table it was November 2nd. "what the hell?!" I said confused "it's November 2nd" I said confused "yeah we know" Caitlin said.
"how is that possible?" I asked confused "you didn't time travel again? right Barry?" Caitlin asked "NO of course not" I said.
"you are acting so weird. but the scan says you are good to go" she said handing me my Star Labs sweatshirt.

Caitlin and Cisco left the room and I ran to my apartment. But I didn't have my key so I knocked on the door in hope either Skylar or Jackson would open it but instead a women opened the door "excuse me who are you?" I ask "and why are you in my apartment?" I asked. She laughed "this isn't your apartment sweetheart" the women said sarcastically and slammed the door in my face. I opened my phone to call either of my kids and ask where they were but their names weren't in my phone.
I just waited an hour until the lady left the apartment and then I phased through it and the apartment was completely different than before all the furniture was moved around and there was pink wallpaper o the walls. I sped to Skylar's room and it was now what looked like a home gym and Jackson's room was a walk in closet.
"you again! i'm calling the police" the women said I thought she had left I guess she came back "how the hell did you get in here" she said I ran away and explained it to Joe before the police arrived.
Joe talked to the women and told her it was a misunderstanding and that was then settled "so do you mind telling me what you are doing breaking into a stranger's apartment?" he asked as we drove to Star Labs "it's a long story i'll explain at Star Labs" I said "you better" he said as we pulled up at Star Labs.

Cisco's pov: "Caitlin what's up with you?" I ask "nothing why do you ask?" she said trying to play it off. "oh come on I know you. the only time you were like this was-" I said realizing
"you have a crush don't you" I joked around and her face turned red "oh my god! you have a crush!!! Doctor Caitlin Snow has a crush" I chant teasing her she rolls her eyes
"Caitlin you have a crush" Iris asked walking in "yeah yeah don't sound so surprised" she said
"who is it?" she asked Caitlin as Barry and Joe walked in and Caitlin turned red again... suspicious "what's going on?" Barry asked "Caitlin has a crush!" I blurted out "thanks Cisco" Caitlin said annoyed "do any of us happen to know this guy?" Joe asked elbowing Barry's arm
"is it Barry?!!?" Iris asked excited "oh it so is" i teased "is that true Cait" Barry joked.
"I hate all of you" Caitlin joked "she never denied it" Joe said raising his eye brow.
Caitlin I guess got fed up at that point because she just left silently "and no it's not Barry!" she yelled from the hallway.

Barry's pov: I wanted to apologize to Caitlin but I couldn't at the moment "guys I think there is something wrong with me" I said "what do you mean?" Iris asked "I had two kids from the future Skylar and Jackson and it was Christmas morning we were all at Joe's house including Caitlin and Eddie but when I woke up just now they don't exist and I don't live in my apartment anymore" I said
"Barry you live with me at the house" Joe said concerned "and no kids have been in Star Labs ever" Cisco said.
"what happened before I woke up?" I asked "you were in a fight with a speedster and he almost killed you. You got back to Star Labs and Caitlin stitched you up and you were fine minus the fact that you lost a ton of blood. Then you passed out, Caitlin was making sure your heart rate stayed steady. You've been in a mini coma for the past week" Cisco said
"you think that's why Barry was imagining another reality? because of this mini coma?" Joe asked "it's a possibility but you'd have to ask Caitlin" Cisco said.
I sighed "i'll go talk to her" I said and walked out of The Cortex.
I found Caitlin in the speed lab sitting staring at her phone "whatcha up to?" I asked she turned her phone off "nothing it's nothing" she said. I grabbed her phone she was staring at a picture of me,Cisco,and Caitlin. "I'm sorry for what just happened Cisco was teasing you and so were we" I said "well you weren't wrong" she mumbled under her breath. "What?" I asked "did I just say that out loud?" She asked embarrassed "yeah" I said she turned slightly red and we just stared at each other I leaned in to kiss her when "Caitlin! Barry! Get back to the Cortex" Cisco said through the speakers. I was so close to kissing her, she got up and awkwardly walked back to the Cortex
