New reality

Night time scares

Barry's pov: I ran Caitlin and I to my apartment since she couldn't bare sleeping in her apartment knowing Ronnie died saving her. "thank you Barry, for letting me spend the night here" she said "no problem, and if you need to stay here longer you definitely can" I say.
She smiles and nods "I'll get you some blankets and pajamas to wear" I said and walk over to my room to get a pair of my sweatpants and a shirt, I then walk over to the mini storage closet and grab two blankets and a pillow. I walked back to find her already asleep on the couch... I guess she was really tired I walk over and cover her with a blanket and turn the lights off.

Caitlin's pov: Barry had turned the lights off which woke me up since I was kinda now scared of the dark. When I was kidnapped Thawne kept me in a dark room almost all day and would come in the middle of the night and torture me by almost killing me, he would choke me until I barely could breathe. "good night Cait" I hear Barry say then I hear him walk away but still close enough I could hear him say "if only you knew how I felt" and sighed. 
I heard him close the door to his room and I sat up. I watched videos on my phone until it was at 3% battery so I looked out the window all night and starred down at Central City's night life.
Before I knew it,it was 7 am so I called Cisco and asked him to pick me up. I didn't want Barry to know I was leaving this early so I quietly snuck out but left a note for him, so he wouldn't worry. 
Cisco arrived a few minutes after and I got in the car "the next time you decided it's a good idea to call me at 7 in the morning after I spend most of the night watching Netflix so I can pick you up from Barry Allen's apartment, give me a heads up" he says all grumpy "i'm sorry Cisco but we can get coffee at Jitters and i'll pay for it" I say and his eyes light up "DEAL" he says excited 
"why were you at Barry's last night?" he asked "I couldn't sleep at my apartment" I say spacing out. 

Cisco's pov: Caitlin barely finished her sentence before she fell asleep. I guess she didn't sleep well at Barry's. I drive back to my apartment and wake her up "Cait wake up, we are back at my apartment. You can go back to sleep once we are inside" I said "huh? oh ok" she said still half asleep. 
I open the door to my place and she walks straight over to the couch and falls asleep again. I laugh "you want any pillows or blankets?" I ask "yes please" she said with her eyes closed half asleep. I give her a pillow and a blanket and she snuggles up and gets comfy I walk back to my room and watch Netflix on my phone. 

A few hours pass it's now 9:27 am
Barry's pov: I woke up and remembered Caitlin had spent the night so I went over to the living room but she wasn't there. The blanket I gave her to use last night was folded on the couch along with a note in her hand writing.
~I left earlier this morning back to Star Labs, sorry I didn't wait till you woke up. Thanks for letting me spend the night though :) -Cait~ 
I got dressed and grabbed breakfast from Jitters and went to CCPD to start my day.I still didn't understand why she left this morning.
