As my first poem I will like to start this with something i have written about poetry.

I hear the words like a whisper of the wind
Followed by another, the cycle never ends
No matter how hard i try
It's in my blood I can't make it die
My thoughts dance around my brain
Writing is the only way i could make them drain
Go ahead and ask me
The reason I love poetry
And i will answer
Because poetry is about the moment, happy or sad
Maybe nostalgia, the memory we lived once
Destiny and fate, the ugly, the good and bad
The love we cherish, like its something we ever had
Medicine, law, business...are the means to survive
But poetry, beauty, romance... are the reasons we stay alive
