Leigh stood in the house as she looked to her mother. The mother that she thought of as dead for so long. Leigh had blamed herself for the accident for so months years and the death of her parents but now Leigh was seeing her mother alive in front of her very eyes.

She didn't believe it and she didn't know what to say. She was thankful that Tom was out with Polly as she knew she couldn't have Polly around this woman, this woman who was her mother

"I don't know where to start" she said as Leigh looked to her and rolled her eyes "maybe from the start. It could be a start. Do you want to tell me what the hell is going on and how you died and now you are here" Leigh said as she looked to Jane who nodded

"I'm sorry, I just couldn't do it. I surged the crash and I ran away from it. I was presumed dead and I did nothing to correct it" Jane said as Leigh looked to her and sighed "do you have any idea of the damage that you caused. I blamed myself for the crash. Charlee did for years. Have you even spoken to her over this" Leigh asked as Jane looked fo her and nodded

"I saw her about an hour ago. I'm sorry I couldn't do it anymore" Jane said as Leigh looked to her in disbelief she couldnt believe what she was hearing

Leigh stood pacing across the room as she looked to Jane and felt nothing. She felt nothing for the mother that she thought was dead and Leigh knew that even though it sounded harsh but she felt nothing. She didn't know her and she had faked her death for eighteen years

"so tell me what couldn't you do, you had the perfect family. You have a husband who would do anything for you and loved you and you had two daughters who loved you yet you couldn't do it" Leigh said as Jane looked to her and sighed "she hasn't told you either, the truth. Rachel my darling sister and your father. Well they had an affair, starting twenty three years ago and ending nineteen years ago" Jane said as Leigh frowned fearing what she was saying

"what are you saying?" "I'm not your mother and I'm not charlee. Rachel is both of your mother" Jane said as Leigh looked to her in shock. Leigh couldn't believe what she was hearing. She felt sick

"get out, get out of my house and go and die again" Leigh yelled as Jane walked out of the house.

Leigh slammed the door and felt as if she was going to throw up. She couldn't believe what had happened

Leigh got to work and sat in the staffroom as Tom walked in. He was worried over Leigh. He walked over to her and smiled as he pulled her close and kissed the top of her head

"I know that you are struggling, I do but I love you, no matter what and if Rachel is your mother does it change anything. She has been your mum for the last eighteen years. She raised you and you are this amazing person because of it and I love you and so does polly" Tom said as Leigh looked to him with tears in her eyes and smiled

"I know, I know it doesn't change me but it doesn't. It changes how I see myself I just don't even know who I am" Leigh sobbed as Tom pulled her onto a hug and smiled as he held her close. He hated to see her looking so close and crushed

"I love you and so does polly and it's going to be okay but I do think that you and charlee need to talk to Rachel and find out why she did this, why she didn't tell you and kept it from you for so many years" Tom said as Leigh looked to him with tears in her eyes and nodded.

Leigh knew Tom was right and that Rachel was the only one that had the answers she needed

Leigh sighed to herself as she walked towards the office as she saw charlee and smiled "I spoke to Tom, he told me about talking to Rachel or shall I say mummy dearest and you are not going alone" charlee said as Leigh looked to her sister and smiled as she hugged her and sighed as they walked into the office and saw Rachel and max.

Charlee looked to max and smiled "can you give us a minute babe" she asked as max frowned

"is everything okay?" He asked as she sighed

"we'll talk later" charlee said as max nodded and walked out of the room. Rachel looked to Leigh and charlee and frowned "what's going on?"

"We we're going to ask you that, when we're you going to tell us that your our mother" Leigh asked.
