"What about Yasmine?"
I asked him. He's holding my hand habang nakasandal siya sa big bike niya. He shook his head and looked at my like I said something terrible.
"I told you, she's no one" he said habang hinihimas himas ang kamay ko na hawak niya gamit ang thumb niya.
"But she's your girlfriend, right?" I said. Kumunot ang noo niya.
"I just confessed to you, and you're saying that she's my girlfriend?" He said, annoyed. Nagtaka naman ako doon.
"But you're with her all the time. You looked like a couple" mahinang sabi ko saka napakagat sa labi at napayuko. I raised my head to look at him when he chuckled while shaking his head. He then stared at me and pulled me much more closer to him before he put his hands on the back of my waist.
"Listen. Yasmine and I are nothing. She's nothing to me. It's only me and you, baby" pakiramdam ko ay umakyat lahat ng dugo ko sa mukha ng marinig ang huling sinabi niya.
"When did you get sweeter?" I asked.
"Since the day that I liked you" I blinked thrice saka umiwas ng tingin sa kanya. Narinig ko naman ang pagtawa niya.
"Let's go, I'll bring you home" tumango na lang ako. He's the one who put the helmet on me saka ako umangkas when I realized something.
"What about my brothers? They will be mad!" Sabi ko pero napaandar niya na ito.
"Don't worry, I did so much to make them say yes too" he said at nakita ko ang pagngisi niya. What? I don't understand him. Ng makarating kami sa tapat ng gate ay bumaba ako. Nagulat lang ako ng bumaba din siya at saktong bumukas ang gate, revealing my three brothers who are holding their garbage bags.
"Storm? What are you doing here?" Kumunot pa ang noo ni Kiya Draze ng sabihin iyon saka napatingin sa akin. I just smiled akwardly.
"I'm going to court her" nanlalaki ang mga mata ko ng sabihin niya iyon. I never expected this! I mean, I thought the moment he confessed ay gusto niya na maging kami na. I can't believe that Storm Black would still court me kahit alam na niyang gusto ko din siya.
Ngumisi si Kuya Draq saka inakbayan si Storm. Hawak pa nito ang garbage bag niya sa kamay niyang nakaakbay kay Storm kaya bahagya niya itong nilayo.
"Go, dude. You have my support" ani Kuya Draq.
"Would you let him, Daphne?" Tanong sa akin ni kuya Draze. I bit my lip and nodded without any words. I heard him sighed.
"Just make sure not to hurt her, Black or else" pagbabanta ni Kuya Diezer sa kanya. They're actually letting him? I mean, it's not that I don't want to but I expected them to be angry and disagree.
"I won't, Kuya" nakangiti pang sagot ni Storm at napangiwi si Kuya ng marinig ang huling sinabi nito.
"Don't call me that. It's gross. Now, go home"
"Won't you invite me in?" Tanong nito sa kanila. Umiling sina kuya.
"That's rude" he said before looking at me and smiled. Just a minute and he's gone with his big bike.
We went inside after they threw their garbages.
"Do you actually like him, Daph?" Tanong nila sa akin maliban kay kuya Draq na prenteng nakaupo na may hawak na isang bowl ng ice cream.
