Chapter 3

It had been a few hours after Kogami finally regained consciousness. Even if his senses came back, everything was blurry and hazy. The man blinked a couple of times, feeling like he was suffering from a hangover. Once the cloudiness vanished, Kogami started taking in his surroundings. He was in an unknown yet well furnished room. The lightings were dim and there was this weird atmosphere. Kogami felt that he was sitting on something so he tried to get up but unfortunately he was tied to the chair he was sitting in.

Kogami started to struggle against the ropes but nothing worked. Both the rope and chair were heavy duty. He still continued to struggle but gave up after a few minutes when his arms started becoming raw from all the friction.

A groan left his lips and he finally lifted his head to come face to face with himself. A large mirror was present on the wall in front of him and he could clearly see his state.

Besides seeing that he was tied up completely, he noticed that he was shirtless and only wearing his black pants. His bare sculpted chest had lipstick marks on them and his neck had several small bruises. Kogami wasn't sure what to feel when he saw his messed up state. But before he could start contemplating, he heard the door open and a female walked in.

It was (Y/N) (L/N).

The woman was dressed in a skimpy looking lingerie with a lace robe. She smirked at Kogami when he lifted his head to look at her.

"I see you're up." (Y/N) said, walking closer to the man. Kogami started struggling against the rope again which made (Y/N) giggle. Kogami glared at her. Everything had fallen into place. His intuition was right, she was the real killer. Blood boiled in Kogami's veins thinking that he overlooked his intuition. Why didn't he notice the subtle hints before? If he did, he wouldn't be tied up here right now.

"Now now don't give me such a dirty look. It doesn't match the expressions you had last night. They were quite passionate." (Y/N) said in a taunting voice as she stood in front of Kogami. She moved in closer to him and started caressing his cheek.

"Why did you kill all those people?" Kogami breathed out, his jaw tight.

(Y/N) let out another giggle and continued touching Kogami.

"Straight to the point I see. You're a feisty one, I like that."

"Answer the damn question!" Kogami yelled at her which surprised the (H/C) haired woman. She giggled once again before violently grabbing a bunch of Kogami's hair and yanking it backwards causing Kogami to hiss in pain.

"For someone who is tied up like this you sure are loud." (Y/N) said, moving her face closer to Kogami's until their lips brushed against each other.

"Why I killed them you ask? Because I can." (Y/N) harshly whispered against Kogami's lips. After she said that, she moved back to her original place.

"Why didn't you kill me then?" Kogami inquired.

"You? Because I'm still not done with you." (Y/N) said as she sat down on Kogami's lap and started straddling him.

"I'll be straight with you. You're like a delicious toy so it'll be a waste if I throw you away without playing with you." (Y/N) seductively said in Kogami's ear which made him shiver slightly. (Y/N) started grinding on Kogami and running her hands all over his chest.

Kogami was in a state of utter confusion. He wasn't sure what was going on but feeling her supple body against his own made his body react in the way he didn't want it to.

Feeling a bulge underneath her, (Y/N) chuckled loudly. "You're such a dirty dog, Kogami Shinya. Sitting here; tied up and in the risk of losing your life, you get a hard on. Aren't you an elegant one."

(Y/N)'s taunting only made Kogami angrier. His face was flushed from anger and embarrassment. He couldn't believe a respectable officer like him was in such a humiliating situation.

"What the fuck do you want from me? You do know that you can't keep me hostage like this." Kogami tried to threaten her but it seemed that it didn't work, (Y/N) only smiled at him.

"Keeping you hostage here? I don't have the time for doing something like that. Today is just our 'getting to know each other' day. I'll let you go in a bit don't worry"

Her words only made Kogami more and more confused. He wasn't sure if she was bluffing or not.

"What's your plan here? Letting me go alive will only get you caught."

"Nope that won't happen. Or should I say, you won't let that happen." (Y/N) said with a smirk on her lips.

"What do you mean?"

"I want to make a deal with you, Kogami Shinya. Actually let me rephrase my words, you HAVE to make this deal with me."

It was Kogami's turn to laugh. The man chuckled bitterly and looked up at her.

"What makes you think I'll make any sort of deal with a deranged bitch like you"

"Ah your words wound me, Shinya-chan." (Y/N) dramatically put her hand on her chest and acted like she was hurt.

"Let me tell you why you'll make this deal with me." (Y/N) said and walked over to the bed and opened a briefcase, pulling out a traditional revolver. She returned back to Kogami and instantly held it on his forehead.

"Don't get the wrong idea, you and I both know I won't kill you, you're simply too handsome for that" (Y/N) said, giggling.

"Instead I'll kill those precious friends of yours at the MWPSB, starting with your dear best friend Sasayama Mitsuru....but wait, he's already dead!" (Y/N) tauntingly laughed at Kogami after saying that.

Kogami's eyes widened a bit but his face soon contoured in utter anger.

"You..Did you kill Sasayama?!!!" Kogami screamed at her, losing his calm demeanour.

(Y/N) simply shook her head. "Nope, but I do know who did it."

(Y/N) said as she started undoing the ropes that bound Kogami to the chair. Once free, (Y/N) handed the gun to him. Kogami immediately pointed it towards her which made the girl laugh.

"Now that you're free, go ahead. Kill me with that gun or get out of here and bring your police friends to catch me. But sadly if you do any of those two, you'll never find Sasayama's murderer."

Even though the gun was in Kogami's hand, (Y/N) was the one who was holding it to Kogami's head. The man gritted his teeth in seething anger and clutched the gun tightly. He had a feeling that she wasn't bluffing but Kogami was too overwhelmed with emotions to control his actions.

"I know how much you care for the guy. You really wouldn't want to let his murderer go scott free. All you have to do is make the deal with me and I'll tell you everything I know." (Y/N) smirked at Kogami seeing how the man was starting to break. After a few moments of silence, Kogami sighed. He dropped the gun to the floor, his hand red from how hard he clutched it. He finally looked up at (Y/N) with burning grey eyes.

"What's your deal?"

"It's simple really. I want you to become my....let's call it lover. After you walk out of here, you can't tell your police buddies anything about me. You'll come to me whenever I tell you to and once I'm satisfied, I'll tell you about Sasayama."

"Basically you're telling me to become your sex toy." Kogami said in a disgusted tone which made the girl laugh.

"Straight to the point once again. Yes my deal is exactly that. But I'm still the killer that you're looking for so I'll make things fair for you. You can investigate me and try to catch me on your own but only during the day. Once night falls, you have to throw away your police persona to become my little slave. So, do we have a deal?"

The things she said sounded extremely absurd and embarrassing to Kogami but he wondered if he really had a choice. He spent months and months trying to look for Sasayama's murderer and now that he had one clue he really didn't want to throw it out the window.

Throwing his pride away, Kogami looked into (Y/N) eyes and nodded.

"Deal."
