Hermione curled up in bed, tired and sore. At nearly 10 months pregnant, she was due to pop any minute now. She only wished that Regulus would hurry home. She could feel their baby moving and struggling. She could feel the oncoming labor, and it hurt so badly. "R-Regulus..." She whimpered, gripping her stomach. The pain began and she cried out. "Regulus!" Regulus could feel her pain from where he was, their bond strong. He hurried home as quickly as he could. "Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me, but bear this in mind it was meant to be." Regulus sang. "And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks and it all makes sense to me." He rubbed his little wife's back as she gave birth to their baby. "I know you've never loved the crinkles by your eyes when you smile. You've never loved your stomach or your thighs. The dimples in your back at the bottom of your spine. But I'll love them endlessly." He rubbed her back still. "I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth, but if I do, it's you, it's you they add up to. I'm in love with you, and all these little things." He held her tight as their baby let out a soft cry and whined. "She's here." He kissed her head. "I've just let these little things slip out of my mouth. Cause it's you, oh it's you, it's you they add up to. And I'm in love with you, and all these little things. I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth, but if it's true, it's you, oh it's you they add up to. And I'm in love with you, and all your little things." He smiled down at their little girl, smiling as she cooed. "Our little Donna Hermione Black... Our first born daughter." He held her closer and watched as he saw what seemed to be the future. He knew that it was bound to be a long many years. When she curled against his side, he smiled and let her fall asleep. The next day, Hermione awoke much earlier than normal. The baby lay asleep in her arms and she smiled, holding her a little bit closer. "It's okay baby... Daddy's here and so is mommy." She fed the little one and smiled. As the bottle slowly emptied, she looked up at her sleeping spouse and smiled. "Everything is going to be perfect." She smiled more and turned over, holding her small one, and went back to sleep. Slowly, Regulus began to wake up. "I look into your eyes and the sky's the limit." Hermione grinned and curled against Reg's side. "I'm helpless, Regulus... You're the most perfect being I've ever met, Regulus... My husband for all time. I love you so, so much. You're my soulmate. And I promise you that I will never, ever forsake that. I will always be yours. Even if it means that I have to hide away until our little Donna is grown, and whatever other children we have as well. Even if I have to obliviate us from your mind until Voldemort's death. No matter what, I will always come back to you, alright? True love breaks the obliviate. If I have to, I will end him myself. Just you wait my love. Just you wait. We simply must wait for it." She rubbed his arm and smiled up at him. "We'll be okay." She curled against his side as Tilsy appeared with their breakfast. "Thank you Tilsy... Your pay is in the sock on the chair. 4 Galleons, as agreed." Tilsy grinned. "Tilsy thanks yous Mistress!" She disappeared with a pop. Hermione began to feed Donna as Regulus began to feed her and himself. "You know, this doesn't work that well." She giggled. "This is the most difficult way to eat breakfast." She continued to eat as he spoonfed her, her hands occupied with feeding Donna. "This one is going to be a troublemaker like her uncle, I fear. She's very awake and aware." She looked to a picture of Sirius on the wall. "Speaking of which, he's supposed to be coming for a visit in a few hours. Harry sent me an owl about it this morning." She took another bite. "I think our life is going to be better now." She held Donna a little bit closer and smiled. "From now on." Fin
