-Kazuichi's POV-
It's nice and warm..
I.. forgot what this feeling was.. if I'm being honest.
I can feel the beats of Gundham's heart.. it's nice and steady.
But.. the rain is pretty loud-
3:29am
Kazuichi wakes up from some very loud thunder. He looks around, then at Gundham. "G-Gundham.." Kazuichi taps Gundham, now starting to cry. "Mmm..?" Gundham wakes up a little bit.
"I-it's scary.." kazuichi says as tears drip off his face, onto Gundham's. Gundham wipes the tears off of his cheeks, then sits up. "What's wrong?" Gundham asks, rubbing his eyes, he didn't hear the thunder..
"T-there was really l-loud t-thunder.." kazuichi tries to catch his breath, crying even more. "Hey.. it's ok.." Gundham says, attempting to calm kazuichi down. Kazuichi hugs Gundham, burying his face into the breeders shirt. Gundham strokes kazuichi's hair.. it's soft. More thunder hits, kazuichi starts shaking. The mechanic sits up, he covers his ears. "Shhh.." Gundham says, slowly taking kazuichi's hands off of his ears and wiping the remaining tears from his face. "I-I don't like it.." kazuichi says. "It will be over soon.. my love" Gundham whispers. Kazuichi lays back down, on top of Gundham.
Gundham kisses his forehead. "I love you.." kazuichi says, exhaustedly. Gundham blushes. "He.. loves me? Cute.." Gundham thinks, watching as kazuichi falls asleep. By 8am, it's still raining.. but, the rain is coming down much harder. Kazuichi's wakes up, he's alone. "Gundham..?" Kazuichi's says as he looks around. "Oh, you're awake." Gundham replies, he walks over with two bowls of oatmeal in his hands. "What's that?" Kazuichi asks, he sits up. "Oatmeal." Gundham says, handing kazuichi a bowl and spoon.
"Why have you not gone back to your own cabin yet?" Kazuichi's asks, eating some oatmeal. "It's raining too hard." Gundham replies.
The two eat in silence.
Right after kazuichi finishes the oatmeal a strike of thunder then comes across the sky, causing kazuichi to drop the bowl on the empty floor, the bowl smashes. "Fuck.." kazuichi says as he gets off the bed and starts picking up the shards, he cuts his knees up in the process. "Mortal. Let me do that, you're bleeding." Gundham says, he puts kazuichi back on the bed and picks up the pieces. "Sorry.." kazuichi replies. He rubs the blood from his knees onto his hands. "It's fine." Gundham says as he gets a paper towel to clean the blood. Gundham starts to clean kazuichi's knees. "Ow.." kazuichi flinches. "Let's bring you to the bathroom." Gundham replies, helping kazuichi to the bathroom.
Gundham starts cleaning kazuichi's knees. The mechanic is focused on something else.
Gundham's beautiful eyes.
"Mortal?" Gundham says, noticing that kazuichi is staring at his eyes. "O-Oh!" Kazuichi looks away, heavily blushing, and taking off his glasses.
Gundham finishes cleaning kazuichi up. "I'm done." The breeder says. Kazuichi is staring at Gundham's eyes again. "They're so beautiful.." kazuichi whispers. "Mortal Kazuichi?" Gundham says, waving his hand on front of the mechanics face.
